Swimming exercise is different with intensity on the rat body weight, body fat and blood lipids, the effects of the amount of gene expression is analysis of fluorescence quantitative PCR method preliminarily genes related to movement of the FTO gene and energy control mechanism is analyzed.Methods: the depth of 50 cm, water temperature 30 + 2 ℃, low intensity swimming time of 10 minutes, high intensity swimming time is 45 minutes, divided into continuing to feed for 12 weeks after and after 40 weeks two materials.Results: 1) different intensity swimming rats for 12 weeks, weight and body fat than the results showed that the rat body weight and body fat than C1 group were higher than that of SL1, SH1 group, there were significant differences(P < 0.01), and rat body weight and body fat than C2 group were higher than that of SL2, SH2 group, there were significant differences(P < 0.01), in terms of body weight and body mass index, SL2 and SH2 group had no difference(P > 0.05);2) C1 group rats serum TC, HDL and LDL levels and SL1 group, the SH1 group rats have significant difference, the other C1 TG in serum of rats with SH1 group there were significant differences in rats, and C2 group rats serum TC, TG, HDL and LDL levels increased significantly, and SL2 group has significant difference;PCR results showed that every index of rats, and 3) adulthood: the FTO gene mRNA expression level C1 group and SL1, SH1 has significant difference(P < 0.01);OB- Rb gene mRNA expression level C1 group and SL1, SH1 has significant difference(P < 0.01), Npy5r(2) gene mRNA expression level in the stomach and liver tissue, C1 and SL1 and SH1 group corresponding groups have significant difference(P < 0.01), and the SL1 group and SH1 Npy5r(2) the amount of gene mRNA expression in the stomach, liver tissue without difference(P > 0.05);The hypothalamus and muscle tissue Npy5r(2) gene mRNA expression level, C1 and SL1 existence difference(P < 0.05), and the SH1 significant difference(P < 0.01);Lep(ob) gene mRNA expression level C1 group of organizations with SL1 group, the SH1 group corresponding groups have significant difference(P < 0.01);4) old age: the FTO gene mRNA expression level C2 group and SL2, SH2 has significant difference(P < 0.01);OB- Rb gene mRNA expression level C2 group and SL2, SH2 has significant difference(P < 0.01);Npy5r(2) gene mRNA expression level in the stomach, liver tissue, hypothalamus and muscle tissue, C2 and SL2 group and SH2 corresponding groups have significant difference(P < 0.01), and SL2 group and SH2 Npy5r(2) the amount of gene mRNA expression in the stomach, liver tissue in the hypothalamus and muscle tissue have significant difference(P < 0.01);Elderly rats Lep(ob) gene mRNA expression level C2 organizations and SL2 group, the SH2 group corresponding groups have significant difference(P < 0.01).Conclusion: 1) in terms of weight and body fat, adulthood, quiet obesity rats was significantly higher than exercise group in rats, which may be feeding sports consumption of energy, to keep the rats’ weight the normal growth;Old age, in body fat than SL1 and SH1 group had significant difference(P < 0.01);This may be in early life increased weight in the different intensity of exercise intervention;2) 12 weeks of swimming rats blood lipid change for change is very obvious;C2 group rats serum TC, TG, HDL and LDL levels increased significantly, and SL2 group have significant differences.Illustrates the early life of high strength, long time of swimming exercise affect older blood lipids play a key role.3) adulthood, gastric tissue, muscle, calf, FTO gene mRNA expression level, with the increase of the intensity of the relative expression quantity more and more small, the corresponding organization and C1 group has significant difference(P < 0.01), the hypothalamus tissue FTO gene mRNA expression level, on the other hand, with the increase of strength, the relative expression quantity increases gradually, and there are significant differences(P < 0.01);With the improvement of the training intensity, stomach, liver tissue of rats, the hypothalamus and muscle tissue, OB- Rb gene mRNA expression quantity decreases after increasing first;In the liver tissue, the hypothalamus and muscle tissue, Npy5r(2) gene mRNA expression quantity increases with the intensity of training, the relative expression quantity decreases.But in stomach tissue Npy5r(2) gene mRNA expression quantity increases with the intensity of training, the relative expression quantity increase gradually;In the stomach, liver tissue, Lep(ob) gene mRNA expression, and decreases with the strength of the training, in the hypothalamus tissue, muscle tissue, Lep(ob) gene mRNA expression, with the increase of the intensity of training, the trend of first increases and then decreases.4) old age: the stomach, liver tissue, hypothalamus, muscle tissue, the FTO gene mRNA expression level, with the increase of the intensity of the relative expression quantity getting smaller;With the improvement of the training intensity, senile rat liver and muscle tissue, OB- Rb gene mRNA expression quantity decreases after increasing first;In gastric tissue and the hypothalamus tissues, OB- Rb gene mRNA expression quantity, with the increase of the intensity of training showed a trend of decrease.In the stomach and hypothalamus tissue, Npy5r(2) gene mRNA expression quantity increases with the intensity of training, the relative expression quantity decreases.But in the liver and muscle tissue, Npy5r(2) gene mRNA expression quantity increases with the intensity of training, the relative expression quantity first increases and then decreases trend.In the stomach and the hypothalamus tissue muscle, Lep(ob) gene mRNA expression, with the increase of the intensity of training, the trend of first increases and then decreases, and in the hypothalamus in the organization, along with the increase of the intensity of training, the Lep(ob) gene mRNA expression level is lower than the C2 group.
