The Procedure Of Diagnosis And Treatment Of Tumor-related Sleep Disorders

In recent years, due to the changes in the progress of medicine and the mode of medical,the key point for the treatment of tumor patients has shifted from prolonging the survival time to both survival and quality of life,and the quality of sleep has become a hot topic in medical research.Researches show that sleep disorders occurred in tumor patients accounted for a large proportion,from which about 30% — 50% of the patients have sleep problems,and frequently associated with symptoms such as fatigue, anxiety and depression.The risk factors of sleep disorders include the tumor itself, treatment factors,drugs,environmental factors,psychological disorders, comorbidity,etc.The screening assessment,diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders are reviewed in this paper in order to help clinical doctors improve the identification of sleep problems in tumor patients and boost their diagnostic abilities, as well as nomalize the diagnosis-treatment of tumor-related sleep disorders and enhance the life quality effectively.
