Treatment With Combination Of Rhubarb And Enteral Nutrition For Acute Severe Pancreatitis:A Meta-analysis

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of rhubarb combined with enteral nutrition in the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis according to Meta-analysis.Methods:We searched relevant randomized controlled trials(RCTs) from WANGFANG,CNKI,CBM,QVIP,PubMed,EMBASE,and included studies of enteral nutrition combined with rhubarb randomized controlled trials for the treatment of ASP.Two reiewers independently evaluated the quality of these studies and analyzed data by Cochrane Collaboration,s RevMan5.1 software.Results: 9 RCTs involving 549 patients were included,compared with the use of parenteral nutrition or parenteral nutrition combined with enteral nutrition,rhubarb combined with enteral nutrition can shorten the pain time,the recovery time of intestinal function,and average hospitalization days.Conclusion: Compared with parenteral nutrition or parenteral nutrition combined with enteral nutrition,rhubarb with enteral nutrition therapy for SAP has a better curative effect,and is worthing of clinical reference.
