Background and Objective: HT refers to the blood vessels to restore blood flow in the brain hemorrhage occurring after acute stroke. It is one of the common medical complications of ischemic stroke. Many factors influence HT,there is no uniform cognition. Therefore,we intend to collect clinical data、analyze the factors for HT may be expected to provide basic for clinical treatment, and thus inprove the prognosis of patients.Method:In this paper, systematic retrospective analysis 393 patients with acute ischemic stroke; Collect the patient’s clinical data 、 clinical manifestations、 the clinical features of HT、imaging findings、laboratory results、treatment.Use spss19.0,analysis the difference of the two groups and find out the related factors of HT。Results:(1) 393 patients with acute ischemic stroke patients, 48 patientswere in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of HT, the incidence rate was 12.21%.(2) General information: In addition to the differences between the two groups in the history of atrial fibrillation has statistical significance, related factors of influencing HT. there is no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the rest of the general data, and no correlation with HT.(3) Clinical manifestations: The tmperature, NIHSS score and THRIVE score of HT group were higher than non HT group at the time of admission, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups.(4) HT characteristics: HT was first occurred 0.5 days after ischemic stroke, the long time for 30 days;HT possession of 40 cases(83.33%) after the occurrence of ischemic stroke within 15 days.48 patients with HT group’s Hi1 20 cases, Hi2 15 cases, Ph1 11 cases, Ph2 2 cases. There are 19 cases of exacerbation of clinical symptoms and 29 cases of SHT;(5)Imaging findings: HT Group in infarct size, infarct volume than non-HT group was significantly increased, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(6)Laboratory test results: Elevated blood glucose level is an independent risk factor for the occurrence of HT, and cholesterol is a protective factor HT occurred.(7) Treatment:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of anticoagulation therapy at the time of admission, and the difference difference between the two groups in the treatment of receiving thrombolytic therapy was statistically significant.(8)Multiple logistic regression analysis: Multivariate logistic regression analysis, after excluding confounding factors show, NIHSS score(P=0.024, OR=1.098,95% CI[1.013-1.191]) and a history of atrial fibrillation(P<0.001, OR=5.650,95% CI[2.673-11.943]), glucose(P= 0.015, OR =1.076,95% CI [1.014--1.141]) are three independent risk factor for the occurrence of HT, and total cholesterol(P=0.002, OR=0.662,95% CI[0.508--0.863]) is a protective factor to prevent the occurrence of HT.Conclusion: HT is a common complication of acute ischemic stroke patients, HT may be no clinical symptoms of the performance, also showed symptoms of paralysis increased, decreased level of consciousness and other symptoms, many factors affect the HT, which in the high NIHSS score, atrial fibrillation, high fasting plasma glucose level is an independent risk factor for the occurrence of HT, and high TC is a protective factor in preventing the occurrence of HT.
