Application Of Nutritional Support Treatment In Local Complication After Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To explore the application value of the different nutrition ways(enteral nutrition and total parenteral nutrition) in local complications(peripancreatic fluid collections、pancreatic pseudocyst)after severe acute pancreatitis.Methods The clinical data of 210 patients with the local complications after acute severe pancreatitis treated in our hospital over a period of ten years were retrospectively analyzed. These cases according to the ways of nutrition can be divided into two groups, the enteral nutrition and the total parenteral nutrition to compare nutrition situation,the complications recovery,the mortality and the rate of operation-associated complications.Resultes Compared with the total parenteral groups,the HGB 、Lymphocyte、ALB in enteral nutrition groups were increased(P<0.05),the mortality was decreasd(P<0.05),but the reduce and completely absorption time was no difference(P > 0.05).Compared with the nasojejunal tube group,the correlation operation complications in PEG/PEJgroup was decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion the patients with the local complications after severe acute pancreatitis need to fast for a long time,enteral nutrition is obviously better than effect of the total parenteral nutrition,and PEG/PEJ has less complications than nasal jejuna tube.
