Research On The Relationship Between Evaluation Of Sleepiness And Sleep Architecturechanges In Patients With Obstructive Sleepapnea-Hypopnea Syndrome

Objective: To investigate the relationship between evaluation of sleepiness and sleep structure in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome( OSAHS) and study the clinical characteristics of patients with OSAHS.Methods: The incidence of OSAHS associated with gender and age,There were significant correlative between severity of OSAHS and BMI、ESS score、LSa O2 in the all OSAHS patients.Patients with OSAHS had disordered sleep structure, which was significantly associated with the severe degree of the lesion as indicated by ESS score.Results: Gender and age of patients is an important risk factor of OSAHS, BMI、ESS score and LSaO2 of patients may be involved in the increased severity of OSAHS.Patients with OSAHS had disordered sleep structure,then we can further study the progress and treatment of OSAHS by Correcting the structure of sleep disorders.
