Object:This study investigated the status of hospital stress, resilience, general self-efficacy and cancerrelated fatigue, as well as their interaction relationship in gastric cancer patients after operation.Demographic variables were also collected to find their impact on Demographic variables on hospital stress, resilience, general self-efficacy and cancer- related fatigue and tried to explore the effect of hospital stress, resilience, general self-efficacy on cancer- related fatigue. Methods:Participants Gastric cancer patients after operation from four different hospitals were answered by questionnaire by means of random sampling method. At last 343 samples were collected.Measures The questionnaires were asked included demographic information, the pressure source scale,Cornor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),he General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),Cancer Fatigue Scale(CFS).Statistical Methods All the data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistics software. The main methods are: t-test, correlation analysis, variance analysis, linear regression and Intermediary effect test.Results:1.The mean score of hospital stress is 51.84(SD=15.20), and 26.45(SD=8.47) for resilience, 2.24(SD=0.96) for general self-efficacy, 29.09(SD=9.11) for cancer- related fatigue.2.Differences on hospital stress scores in marriage were statistically significant(P<0.05), and differences on hospital stress scores in the occupation, family income per capita, postoperative stage, age(P<0.001),differences on resilience scores in marriage, occupation, family per capita income(P<0.05),and differences on resilience scores in the postoperative stage, age, the difference(P<0.001),differences on general self-efficacy scores in the postoperative period(P<0.001), differences on general self-efficacy scores on age(P<0.05),differences on cancer- related fatigue scores in sex, marriage, occupation, education level, postoperative stage, age(P<0.001), differences on cancer- related fatigue scores in the family per capita income(P<0.05).3.Significant negative correlations were found with hospital stress and resilience, general self-efficacy(P<0.01),and cancer-related fatigue was positively correlated(P<0.01). Resilience and hospital stress, cancer related fatigue was negative correlation(P < 0.01), and general self-efficacy were positively correlated(P < 0.01).General self-efficacy was positively correlated with resilience(P<0.01), and was negatively correlated with the hospital stress and cancer-related fatigue(P<0.01).4.Resilience played a role of indirect mediation between hospital stress and cancer-related fatigue, the mediating effect made up 12.8% of the direct effect, and played a role of entirely mediation between the general self-efficacy and cancer-related fatigue, the mediating effect made up 66% of the total effect.General self-efficacy played a role of partial mediation between hospital stress and cancer-related fatigue, the mediating effect made up 24.4% of the total effect.General self-efficacy played a role of partial mediation between hospital stress and resilience, the mediating effect made up 47.3% of the total effect.Conclusion:1.The level of hospital pressure, resilience, general self-efficacy and cancer-related fatigue in patients with postoperative patients with gastric cancer were relatively higher than ideal average.2.Demographic variables on postoperative gastric cancer patients had impact on hospital stress, resilience, general self-efficacy, cancer-related fatigue effect.3.The patients who had high level of hospital stress levels and cancer-related fatigue, their resilience, general self-efficacy levels tend to low level, and vice versa.4.Cancer-related fatigue in postoperative patients with gastric cancer could be well predicted by hospital stress, resilience, and general self-efficacy.Hospital stress can direct impact on the cancer-related fatigue, and cancer-related fatigue could be affected by resilience directly or indirectly with the mediation effect of general self-efficacy and resilience.General self-efficacy can direct impact on the cancer-related fatigue, and cancer-related fatigue could be affected indirectly with the mediation effect of resilience.
