Objective:A total of 86 patients with gastric cancer were investigated. The incidence of cancer-related fatigue was analyzed in patients with gastric cancer. The related influencing factors of cancer-related fatigue were also discussed. Methods:The data of 86 patients with gastric cancer were retrospectively analyzed.SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data. The incidence of cancer-related fatigue and related influencing factors in gastric cancer patients were analyzed, and the influence of various factors on cancer-related fatigue of gastric cancer patients was analyzed. Results:The incidence of cancer-related fatigue in 86 patients with gastric cancer was 74.42%.The occurrence of cancer-related fatigue in patients with gastric cancer had nothing to do with sex, education, and metastasis(P>0.05).It was related to age, physical exercise, surgery, and chemotherapy. There was no correlation between pain,KPS score, clinical stage,TCM syndrome type(P<0.05).The TCM Syndrome Types are Liver Qi Gastrointestinal Syndrome,Stomach Heat Injury Yin Syndrome,Qi stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome,Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome,Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Syndrome, and Qi and Blood Double Deficiency Syndrome, the incidence rates were 70.00%,66.67%,63.64%,68.42%,62.50%,and 100%,respectively.Conclusion: The incidence of cancer-related fatigue is high in gastric cancer patients. The older the patients are, never exercise, have received surgery, have received chemotherapy, have pain, the lower the KPS score, the later the clinical stage, and the TCM syndrome differentiation type is qi and blood.Patients with double-deficiency syndromes are more prone to cancer-related fatigue and should be diagnosed and intervened early to reduce patient suffering and improve quality of life.
