| Objective: Construction of clinical nurse for blood glucose monitoring" KAP "Survey Questionnaire"for clinical nurses to provide tools for blood glucose monitoring "KAP" Survey. To investigate the status of knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP) of blood glucose monitoring among clinical nurses in a 3A-level hospital in Dalian,and analyze the factors influencing in clinical nurses, to provide scientific basis for clinical nurse job training.Methods: Application literature analysis, theoretical analysis, build clinical nurses on blood glucose monitoring "KAP" survey questionnaire entries Design "clinical nurses on blood glucose monitoring" KAP "Survey Questionnaire".Application of Delphi expert consultation method:doing a choice situation questionnaire items,using Cronbach coefficient homogeneous validity testing between homogeneous effectiveness test variable KMO(Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) do status questionnaire reliability and validity of the test; Using questionnaire survey of nurses glucose monitoring clinical knowledge, beliefs, practic of Dalian city some hospitals; Application of Excel 2003 and SPSS21.0 statistical software for data processing.Results: 1.The questionnaire of results: the status of clinical nurses glucose monitoring "KAP" questionnaire including an entry 3, sub-item 30;through two rounds of expert consultation, expert authority coefficient of 0.84, a high degree of authority of experts, the experts indicated that there is better representation and authority sex; expert consultation questionnaire two rounds of recovery was 100%、100%, indicating a positive coefficient of experts is better, with a high willingness to participate.The first and second rounds of expert opinion coordination coefficient is 0.385,0.267respectively(P<0.01),shows the result is reliable.2.Survey questionnaire reliability and validity: this research mainly using Cronbach a coefficient to internal consistency reliability assessment. The scale KAP row all levels α coefficients were 0.812~0.963; α coefficient of overall data is 0.889, the internal consistency of the questionnaire well, the description of the survey KAP survey cognitive scale has high internal consistency, scale has high reliability; homogeneity of the validity test variable partial correlation between KMO(Kaiser- meyer-Olkin) of the questionnaire is 0.890, more than 0.80, Bartlett’s spherical test x2 = 6229.371(P <0.05), the scope of the various dimensions of the validity of KMO distribution between 0.710~0.909,described this questionnaire has good structure validity.3.288 a certain level of first-class hospital clinical nurses in dalian blood sugar monitoring know KAP total scoring average of 75.741±8.819. Now a certain level of first-class hospital nurse blood sugar monitoring in dalian know KAP overall in the medium level, among them, the attitude score is higher, knowledge and behavior score is low. Knowledge of the mean score of 38.892±6.350, the mean score of 42.453±7.002 attitudes, behavior scoring average of 38.094±5.216.4.The score was statistically difference for different work experience,whether there had been endocrinology department work experience and blood glucose monitoring know KAP traing with the nurse difference was statistically significant between blood sugar monitoring status(P < 0.05).Different gender,nursing age,whether there had been endocrinology department work experience and blood glucose monitoring know KAP traing with the nurse difference was statistically significant between blood sugar monitoring status(P<0.05).5.61.1%nurses blood sugar monitoring know KAP training;95.5% nurses willing to accept the training.Conclusion: 1.This study of clinical nurses about the present situation of blood sugar monitoring KAP questionnaire,has good test reliability and validity of the results;Based on 288 nurses from a first-class ternary hospitals in dalian present situation investigation,to verify the practicability and feasibility of the questionnaire,can be used as evaluation of a certain level of first-classs hospital clinical nurses in dalian investigation about the present situation of blood sugar monitoring KAP scale tool.2.A third rate in dalian hospital clinical nurses knowledge, attitude and behavior levels of blood sugar monitoring in average,remains to be improved; Different gender,endocrine department work experience nurses working years,always have,to attend training related to nurses level of blood sugar monitoring knowledge. Where training for their greater impact.3.Blood glucose monitoring clinical nurses lack training,training needs and wishes higher. |
