With the continuous improvement of medical level, the demand for medical Instrument is increasing year by year, it is necessary to trace on the quality and safety of medical Instrument. Establish the traceability of the medical instrument can not only reduce the medical incidents and suppress the spreed of the counterfeit or unqualified medical instrument, but also help the enterprises to find source problem and determine the flow of the same batch of products, notice the relevant enterprises to take measures after problem products appear and finally assure the customers’ rights and interests.In this paper, has been adopted the technology of frequency identification technology and electronic product code and finite state machine and full life-cycle analysis of medical supplies in which the characteristics of the supply chain, from the quality and traceability requirements, put forward a medical supplies business model and the quality of retrospective communication model based on a networking technology research and product traceability medical device tracking system. The medical device tracking system can realize integration and information exchange between various roles in the industrial chain of medical consumables. In order to solve the quality tracing key Issues- source traceability, this system adopts UML-based object-oriented representation method to establish the quality of the rule. By this quality rules repository, automated and efficient diagnostic process quality problems, to some extent, avoids the analysis of human errors caused by complex data.Finally, according to the model and problem diagnosis retrospective method established,this paper designs system software architecture, main functions, business processes, interfaces, databases, etc. The prototype system is designed by using MyEclipse8.0, JAVA language and MySQL database development environment and implemented to verify the reach of this article models, methods and quality rules repository, achieveing the purpose of the quality and traceability.
