Objective Comparing the expression of the biological factor ER,PR, and HER-2and Ki-67 before and after neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in breast Cancer.Study the relationship between the change and efficacy of neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in breast Cancer.and finding biological factor to can predict the curative effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy before the chemotherapy,to avoid worsening prognosis caused by ineffective treatment.Methods From September 2013 to December 2015,do a retrospective analysis of 93 breast cancer patients treated with neoadjuvant Chemetherapy.All of them were patients of lanzhou military region general hospital.They were all women.The tubular needle biopsy samples and postoperative gross specimen using immunohistochemical method to detect the ER, PR, HER-2, the expression of Ki-67.Statistical changes in its expression, and analyze the change reason and the curative effect of neoadjuvant Chemotherapy.Results 93 patients after 3 courses of neoadjuvant Chemotherapy, 72 patients achieved complete response and partial response,RR was 77.4%(72/93);pCR was 6cases(6.4%), 15 cases(16.1%) for CR, 57 cases(61.3%) PR, 18 cases(19.4%) of the SD;PD was 3 cases(3.2%).ER change rate was 35.5% before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy,PR change rate of 59.1%, HER-2 change rate was 29%, the change of the Ki-67 at a rate of 33.3%, the curative effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and ER,PR, Ki-67 change in before and after chemotherapy(P<0.05),and has nothing to do with the change of HER-2(P>0.05).Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy can cause the ER, PR, HER-2, Ki-67 four biological factors change.In this study, ER, PR, Ki-67 in the change of the before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy was statistically significant, and their correlation with the clinical curative effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy.HER-2 in the change of no statistical significance before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, it has nothing to do with curative effect.
