[Objective] Through exporing and observing the expression of Ki-67 and Survivin in breast cancer tissue before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy to analyze their clinical significance of the expression with neoadjuvant sensitivity,cruative effect,and clinical stage. Through this study we have found that NACT could reduce the expression of Ki-67 and Survivin to suppress the proliferation of breast cancer.We will look for a new prediction and evaluation index to forecast the effection of NACT in breast cancer,and to provide individualized treatment plan,for reducing the side effects and improving the efficacy.【Methods】:There are 44 patients with breast cancer from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from August 2008 to August 2009.They are all female, aged 28 to 70 years, with an average age of 43.6 years, in the median age 45 years. Line in all cases were confirmed by the Pathological neo-adjuvant before the NACT within 1 week. This group of patients were treated with uniform chemotherapy "TEC".The expression of Ki-67 and Survivin is checked by immunochemistry method, and analyze the relationship betweent Ki-67 and Survivin.【Results】:1.44 patients were treated with 3 cycles chemotherapy of TEC. After NACT,the chemotherapy overall effective rate is 81.82%(36/44);the rate of clinical complete remission is 13.63%(6/44);the rate of clinical partial remission is 68.18%(30/44);the rate of stable disease is 18.18%(8/44).2.After NACT Ki-67 and Survivin expression is significantly decreased.3.The expression of positive cell of Ki-67 in the group of CR and PR were significantly decreased after NACT;SD of clinical group of Ki-67 and Survivin is no significant changes after NACT.4. In CR and PR,the expression of Ki-67 and Survivin after NACT show decreased significantly(P<0.01);In SD, the expression of Ki-67 and Survivin after NACT has no obvious change(P>0.05). 5. The expression of Ki-67 before NACT crrelate bviously with the curative effect of NACT.The expression of Survivin before NACT have no dependablity weth the curative effect of NACT.6.1n different clinical stages, no significance is found in the change of Ki-67 and Survivin before and after NACT(P>0.05).7.There is significant direct correlation between the expression of Ki-67 and Survivin.【Conclusion】:1.TEC is one of the classic breast cancer chemotherapy.All the patients were well tolerated with no serious complications and the total effective rate was 81.82%.2.The expression of Ki-67 and Survivin is obviously decreasing after NACT.3.The expression of ki-67 and Survivin decrease obviously in group CR and PR after NACT; the expression of Ki-67 and Survivin dose not change obviously in group SD after NACT.4.The change of Ki-67 and Survivin after NACT has obvious dependablity with the curative effect of NACT.The more obviously Ki-67 and Survivin descend after NACT,the better NACT can gain curative effect.5. The expression of Ki-67 before NACT correlate obviously with the curative effect of NACT.The more highly Ki-67 express before NACT,the better NACT can gain curative effect. The expression of Survivin before NACT have no dependablity with the curative effect of NACT.6.Ki-67 and Survivin before and after the neoadjuvant has no correlation with clinical stage.7.Ki-67 Survivin shows significant positive correlation.
