Objective: Through the observation of Zheng’s Warming-dredging needing technique, drug loratadine in improving lung qi deficiency cold type allergic rhinitis the clinical symptoms, signs, improve patient quality of life and nasal secretions in the laboratory and Eosinophils(Eosinophils, EOS) positive change situation, comprehensively and objectively evaluate the Zheng’s Warming-dredging needing technique treatments for lung qi deficiency cold type allergic rhinitis the clinical curative effect, in order to bluff for clinical treatment of this disease, curative effect is distinct, the personalized treatment options. Methods: 1. Groups: 60 cases of patients will be included in the standard according to the order of doctor randomly divided into 2 groups, namely the Zheng’s Warming-dredging needing technique group(treatment group) and drug loratadine group(control group). 2. Conclusions: 1. Zheng’s Warming-dredging needing technique method and oral loratadine two kinds of therapy for pulmonary qi deficiency type cold AR patients have improved clinical symptoms, signs, reduce the rate of positive of EOS. 2. At the end of the treatment of Zheng’s Warming-dredging needing technique treatment to improve the symptoms of systemic side effects is better than that of loratadine, impact on nasal symptoms, the positive rate of EOS. 3. Follow- up after January Zheng’s Warming-dredging needing technique therapy is superior to to improve the symptoms of nasal symptoms, body loratadine. 4. The overall evaluation of Zheng’s Warming-dredging needing technique the curative effect of treatment group is better than tha t of loratadine group, its curative effect obviously, persistent, and acupuncture less adverse reaction.
