Objective:By implementing this project, and comparative study Longzhong setting manipulation of the joint high viscosity bone cement vertebroplasty and pure high viscosity bone cement vertebroplasty in the treatment of vertebral compression fractures of the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions for Long the setting manipulation of the joint high viscosity bone cement vertebroplasty provide theoretical and practical basis for the standardization of clinical applications.Materials and Methods:From December 2014 to September 2015 in Gansu Province Chinese medicine hospital treated thoracolumbar compression fractures were 67 cases, the use of voluntary groups,selected 34 patients to be Longzhong setting manipulation vertebral joint high viscosity bone cement body angioplasty, 33 patients to be pure high viscosity bone cement vertebroplasty treatment. Completed in January, March, June, recent follow-up, record and compare all entered the treatment group and the control group of patients relieve pain, improve function of the spine, vertebral height restoration, leakage of bone cement, bone cement and dispersion degree of risk of vertebral fracture again and close to the case of vertebral fractures. Using spss21.0, t test analysis of relevant data.Results:1. pain relief VAS ratingsThe postoperative compared with preoperative pain relief, before and after surgery group had a significant difference(P <0.05); between the two groups was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).2. spinal function recovery ODI scoreCompare rates before and after surgery in the two data sets were different(P <0.01); no significant difference between groups(P> 0.05).3. vertebral kyphosis(LKA) to improve the situationComparison of the two groups before surgery and in the postoperative one day, by paired samples T test difference was statistically significant(P <0.01); between the two groups byindependent sample T-test showed no significant difference(P> 0.05). Between the two groups showed no spinal kyphosis recovery rate significantly different(P> 0.05).4. vertebral height and vertebral body height restoration central situation Vertebral height recoveryTwo groups and after surgery the day before surgery and intraoperative vertebral height variation within groups using paired samples T-test, there were significant differences(P<0.01); the groups were compared using independent sample T-test no statistical significance(P> 0.05).Central vertebral height recoveryTwo groups preoperative and postoperative day, preoperative and intraoperative, the group using paired samples T-test, were differences(P <0.01); intraoperative central vertebral height recovery groups were compared using independent sample T inspection difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).5. The amount of bone cementThe amount of bone cement by two independent sample T test showed no significant difference(P> 0.05).6. cement leakageIn this paper the implementation process, all before entering the treatment group and the control group of patients with preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative X-rays shoot observation, treatment group, 1 case(intraoperative injection of bone cement found during vertebral leaks stop immediately operative) bone cement leakage, control group 2 cases of bone cement leakage, all patients were enrolled after 1 month, 3 months, 6 months recent follow-up, no case of pulmonary embolism and related concurrency disease.7.The bone cement dispersion situationGood dispersion treatment group rate of 92.5%, 56.76% in the control group, the treatment group than the treatment group.8. postoperative risk of vertebral fracture and then, near the vertebral fracture analysisAfter 1 month, 3 months, 6 months follow-up shot of the recent X ray examination, the patient had no responsibility vertebral height loss, LKA angle did not change significantly, nolonger the responsibility of vertebral fractures, vertebral body upper and lower part of the responsibility associated with pain patients with symptoms by MRI examination revealed no cases of adjacent vertebral fractures occurred.Conclusion:Longzhong setting manipulation of the joint high viscosity bone cement vertebroplasty treatment OVCF clinical efficacy, simple inflatable surgical operating system, bone cement diffuse well, can significantly reduce cement leakage risk of vertebral fractures and other complications, and then will gradually clinicians become the first choice of treatment OVCF way.
