| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huopu Huazhuo Decoction in treating dampness-heat of spleen and stomach function dyspepsia.Methods:This study adopted random control method, The 68 cases of patients with dampness-heat of spleen and stomach functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group(34 cases) was treated with Huopu Huazhuo Decoction and control group(34 cases) was treated with mosapride citrate, the course of treatment in the two groups were 4 weeks.Observed before treatment, 2 weeks, 4weeks, two groups of main clinical symptoms, TCM syndrome score and the quality of life of patients before treatment, 4 weeks.The data was analyzed by using SPSS19.0 statistical software.Result:Finally, a total of 65 cases were involved in the statistical analysis, including 33 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group.1.Comparison of TCM syndrome score:Huopu Huazhuo Decoction group in the improvement of patients with epigastric fullness, epigastric pain,poor appetite, bitter taste of mouth, body fatigue, pee short yellow was better than mosapride citrate group(P<0.05);In the improvement of nausea and vomiting,retention of feces, two groups of curative effect(P>0.05).2.Comparison of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes:The total efficiency of Huopu Huazhuo Decoction group was 96.96%, mosapride citrate group was 81.25%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) by statistical analysis.3.Comparison of FDDQL:Huopu Huazhuo Decoction group in the improvement of patients with anxiety, diet, sleep, feeling healthy, disease control aspect was better than mosapride citrate group(P<0.05);In the improvement of daily life, discomfort, stress, two groups of curative effect(P>0.05).4.Recurrence rate comparison:The recurrence rate of Huopu Huazhuo Decoction group was 12.5%, mosapride citrate group was 34.6%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) by statistical analysis.5.Safety index:The two groups of patients before and after treatment safety index did notappear obviously abnormal; no obvious adverse events and adverse reactions.Conclusion: The clinical effect of Huopu Huazhuo Decoction in treating dampness-heat of spleen and stomach function dyspepsia was better,especially in the improvement of patients with epigastric fullness,epigastric pain, poor appetite, bitter taste of mouth, body fatigue, pee short yellow;It can be used in clinical application with improve the quality of life of patients,low recurrence rate, no significant side effects, good safety. |
