Clinical Observation Of The Method Through Clearing Heat Resolve Dampness And Harmonize Stomach To Treat Functional Dyspepsia Of Dampness-heat In Stomach

Objective:Observe the clinical effec of treatment for functional dyspepsia of dampness-heat in stomach through clearing heat resolve dampness and harmonize stomach.Methods:The 48 patients with functional dyspepsia of dampness-heat in stomach were collected from January 2016 to January 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.All patients were treated with traditional Chinese Medicine treatment which was concluded by Professor Xiejingri.All patients were treated for 4 weeks.Evaluate TCM major.subordinate symptoms and mental status of functional dyspepsia before and after the treatment.Observe the relapse rate of the patients whose treatment was effective after three months.Results:4 patients of the 48 subjects were off during this clinical observation.7 patients were clinically cured,24 patients were markedly effective,10 patients were effective,3 patients were ineffective.The total effective rate was 93.2%.single and total symptoms' integral of TCM in those 44 patients were statistically significant different before-and-after(P<0.01).In the end of the treatment,the SAS,SDS score of the patients with anxiety and depression state was significantly reduced.there were 5 patients were observed relapsed after 3 months and the relapse rate was 12.5%.Conclusion:1.Method of clearing heat resolve dampness and harmonize stomach can significantly alleviate the symptoms of patients with functional dyspepsia.2.The relapse rate of the method through clearing heat resolve dampness and harmonize stomach to treat functional dyspepsia was low and the long-term effect was sure.
