The Study Of 2D-hysterosalpingocontrast Sonography In The Diagnosis Of Tubal Infertility

Objective To investigate the advantage and accuracy of hysterosalpi-ngocontrast sonography in the diagnosis of fallopian tube pathology.Methods 162 infertile outpatients from July 25,2013 to September 25,2014 were given hysterosalpingocontrast sonography,including 76 primary infertility and 86 secondary infertility.The difference of patency rate between primary infertility and secondary infertility is compared by using Chi-squared test. 44 patients had hysteroslpino grphy and 22 patients had laparoscopy one year before the hysterosalpingocontrast sonography.. The effect of the 80 fallopian tubes of the 44patients( eight fallopian tubes were cut off) after hysterosalpinogrphy and the results of the hysterosalpingocontrast sonography were compared by using Kappa identity test, so is the effect of the 34 fallopian tubes of the 22 patients(ten fallopian tube were cut) after laparoscopy and the results of the hysterosalpingocontrast sonography.ln addition,the specificity、sensitivity、positive predictive value and negative predictive value were used to compare the result of laparoscopy and hysterosalpingocontrast sonography.Results There were obviously diversity between the primary infertility and the secondary infertility in the patency rate of the fallopian tubes with the P=0.023<0.05,X2=7.510.The correlation between the overy mobility and the patency rate of the fallopian tubes was medium degree of correlation with the r=0.52,P=0.000,so was the correlation between the dispersion arround the overay and the patency rate of the fallopian tubes with ther=0.51,P=0.000.The results of hysteroslpinogrphy in the 44 patients were compared with the results of the hysterosalpingocontrast sonography,and the comparison showed Kappa = 0.41,suggesting midium degree of consistency,so was the primary infertility,the comparison showed kappa=0.51.And in the secondary infertility,the comparison showed kappa=0.32,prompting poor consistency. The results of laparoscope in the 22 patients were compared with the results of the hysterosalpingocontrast sonography,and the comparison showed Kappa= 0.78. Compared with laparoscope chromopertubation,the specificity、 sensitivity、positive predictive value and negative predictive value of hysterosalpingocontrast sonography is 0.8、0.97、0.8、0.97.Conclusion Hysterosalpingocontrast sonography can show the condition of fallopian tube accurately with good safety, less side effects,shorter operating time and lower price.So it can be used as the first choice for the outpatients to screening the tubal patency rate.
