Objective: In order to reduce the lateral forcein the process of the abutment crown and improve the existing equipment of demolition crown, test its mechanical properties, provide the basis forimproved clinical application of crown remover.Methods: Aiming at the problem that the traditional breaking point is not stable, it is improved in structure. Respectively, using the improved crown breaking device, the traditional stand type crown breaking device and the traditional clamp type crown breaking device,and recording, analyzing the peak value of the micro strain.Results: The peak value of strain in the tooth neck: the minimum value is 67, the maximum is 174, the average value is 118.48. The minimum value is 75, the maximum value is 195, the average value is 130.80. The minimum value of the improved group was 15, the maximum was 89, and the average value was 50.77. The difference of three groups of data by single factor variance analysis, the difference was statistically significant(F=17.235, P = 0.000), can think improved group, the mean is smaller, and the LSD method for pairwise comparison found that modified group and traditional clamp type group(P = 0.000) and modified group and traditional quite type group(P = 0.000) differences have statistical significance, but the traditional clamp type group and traditional quite group differences had no statistical significance(P = 0.409).Conclusion: To reduce the lateral force of the abutment, and to reduce the trauma of the neck of the tooth, the crown can be reduced by using the improved crown breaking device.
