Objective:To study the CT and MRI characteristics of HCC examination to evaluate the diagnostic value of the two methods for early hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods:A retrospective analysis of pathology and clinical follow-up 90 patients with HCC patients underwent CT (unenhanced, arterial, portal venous phase, equilibrium phase) and MRI [T2WI,diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI),the gradient echo-phase (IN-PHASE),reverse phase gradient echo (OUT-pHASE),fast three-dimensional volumetric imaging (LAVA) unenhanced, arterial, portal venous phase and equilibrium phase] Two checks are compared CT and MRI lesion detection the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy. Results:For the detection of hepatocellular carcinoma lesions in plain and enhanced MRI scan sensitivity and high specificity with respect to the CT is more in favor of small hepatocellular carcinoma lesions detected. Conclusion:The diagnosis of primary liver cancer in the process, the actual clinical application to be considered binding.
