Background:To study the characteristic findings of fibro lamellar carcinoma (HCC) in the computerized tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) imaging also the distinction used, molecular structures benefits and downsides, relationship of distinction to body and the way the cells take it, for identification of fibro lamellar carcinoma. Fibro lamellar carcinomas are a singular variety of primary cancer of the liver. They occur mostly in young adults. And its etiology remains as mystery, as a result of they’re not related to chronic disease. Fibro lamellar carcinomas don’t seem to be indolent tumors, however they need an overall higher prognosis than the standard variety of hepatocellular carcinomas partly owing to the younger age at presentation and also the lack of cirrhosis of the liver. Fibro lamellar carcinoma’s characteristically apparent to the sight as an outsized internal organ mass in adolescents or young adults (without gender predominance). Imaging options of fibro lamellar malignant neoplastic disease home in common with those of different scar-producing lesions together with (FNH) focal nodular hyperplasia, hepatocellular benign tumor and hemangiomas, metastases, malignant neoplastic diseases, and cholangiocarcinoma. FNH, in notably sometimes might simulate fibro lamellar malignant neoplastic disease, since each has a similar portion and clinical characteristics. Some believe that radiologic identification of FNH is likely, it’s necessary to know the image look of fibro lamellar malignant neoplastic disease is to avoid misdiagnose of malignance as a FNH.Materials&Methods:The study was done on patients from the third hospital of Jilin University from the2012March to2015April. The numbers of patients taken for the study are37with the disease of Fibro Lamellar Carcinomas. And all these documented electronically in the hospital system PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System). Result:The diagnosis in Fibro lamellar carcinomas are diagnosed using the Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance from the total number of cases37.Conclusion:Fibro lamellar carcinomas aggressive with low cure rate. Computed Tomography is used for initial diagnosis. Magnetic resonance imaging is used because of its high performance.
