Analysis Of The Clinical Value Of Cook Guide Wire In The Treatment Of Oviduct Obstructive Infertility

Objective To study the clinical effect of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined with cook guide wire in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility.Methods A retrospective analysis of 151 cases of oviduct obstructive infertility,which were collected from Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital during October 2010 to January 2014.On the basis of the different diagnosis in HSG,the cases were divided into three groups,50 patients of which were treated by hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined with cook guide wire as the group one,51 patients were treated by laparoscopy combined with tubal liquid instillations sa the group two,50 patients of which were treated by hysteroscopy combined with cook guide wire as the group three.The situation during operation,the rate of recanalization and pregnancy after operation were also compared in the group one with group two or three.Grading on the function of the oviduct in the group one and two was also made to see the different score of the oviduct before operation,after operation,and to find the difference of pregnancy result after different kinds of operations.Result(1)In group one the positive detection of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined more butter than only used hysteroscopy or laparoscopy.(2)The time duration in group one is 52.20±5.64 min,which is longer than 39.61±8.11 min in the group two or 39.30±7.89 min in the group three.(3)The rate of recanalization in group one is 90%,which is higher than 65% in the group two or 70% in the group three.(4)The rate of pregnancy in group one was 46%,which is higher than 25% in the group two or 22% in the group three.Conclusion The clinical effect of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined with cook guide wire in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility is much better than laparoscopy combined with tubal liquid instillations or hysteroscopy combined with cook guide wire.
