ObjectiveBy comparing the Palace laparoscopy combined surgery and traditionalmedicines to treat two different treatment, observe its curative effect in treatingoviduct obstructive infertility.MethodsTaishan Medical College affiliated hospital from July2011to December2012infertility patients were treated by the uterotubal iodine oil radiography of60cases of confirmed diagnosis oviduct obstruction patient, it can be dividedinto surgical treatment group (30cases) and drug treatment group (30cases).Group USES the palace laparoscopic pelvic joint surgery under laparoscopiclook understand palace and fallopian tube appearance condition, the pelviclesions corresponding after surgery, uterine cavity by hysteroscopy observationagain and liquid injection meilan, observed under laparoscopic monitoringdegree of fallopian tube patency. Postoperative3menstrual uterinesalpingography evaluation results, and postoperative follow-up of pregnancyand pregnancy’s relationship with time. USES the medicine conservativetreatment and don’t want to do surgery for30cases as control group, oral peachsiwu tonga taste, even take pills of uterine cavity for3months and3months, theChinese medicine retention enema for3months.Results(1)Observation group confirmed by uterus oviduct imaging tubal patencyrate was89.7%(35/39), while the control group tubal patency rate was67.5% (25/37), compare between them, there was no statistically significant difference(P <0.05).(2)Observation group intrauterine pregnancy rate was63.3%(19/30),control group intrauterine pregnancy rate was50.0%(15/30), comparisonbetween the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(3)Observation group cure rate was83.3%(25/30), control group cure ratewas66.7%(20/30), comparison of differences between two groups wasstatistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:(1) Fallopian tube obstruction is the leading cause of female infertility,palace, laparoscopic joint surgery in the fallopian tube obstructive infertilitytreatment effect is better than that of using medicine conservative treatment andsurgery hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy should be as the routinetreatment of fallopian tube obstructive infertility in gynecological clinicalpopularization and application.(2) USES the medicine conservative treatment of fallopian tube obstructiveinfertility has certain treatment function, is suitable for the reluctance to acceptsurgery or unconditionally carry out surgical treatment.
