Objective: To study the postoperative relapse who were nasal multiple polyps and used Bleomycin A5 Hydrochloride in surgery, investigate the clinical efficacy of the prevention of recurrence of nasal polyps,to reduce recurrence. Methods: The patients, who were nasal multiple polyps pre-surgery in Qinghai University Hospital from November 2014 to July 2015, were randomly divided into the PYM group and the control group. The PYM group lateral nasal used the PYM,and the control group side nasal cavity used 0.9% sodium chloride in surgery. The patient had a subsequent visit after 3 months, and would be checked whether polyps were recurrence. The data of test were analysis by statistical methods. Results: 1) The PYM group had 15 cases which polyps were not recurrence, which rate was 100.0%,and the control group had 1 cases which polyps were not recurrence, which rate was 80.0%,when the patients nasal had a subsequent visit after 3 months. After statistical analysis, we found P=0.224, P> 0.05,and could not be considered recurrence rate of the two groups was significantly difference, and not statistically significant. 2) The control group, which had nasal polyps surgery history were 4 cases, and 1 cases were not recurrence after surgery, rate of no recurrence is 25.0%,no previous surgery in 11 cases, and 11 cases of no recurrence.which rate was 100.0%.By the statistical analysis, we found P=0.009,P <0.05, the history of nasal polyps surgery recurrence rate was different from without cases, statistically significant. Conclusion: PYM side nasal surgery 0 cases of recurrence of nasal polyps, the unused side there are three cases of recurrence, after statistical analysis, it can not be considered with and without the use of PYM recurrence rate varies, no statistically significant. PYM unused nasal side, previous history of nasal polyps surgery recurrence rate was significantly higher than those without nasal polyps surgery, statistically significant.
