Penile cancer is a relatively rare cancer and its morbidity rate accounts0.4% to 0.6% of all tumors. Comparing to the developed countries, penile cancer’s incidence rate is significantly higher in developing countries. The main risk factors of penile cancer mainly attribute to redundant prepuce,excessive sexual partners, HPV infection, etc. As a cancer of male sex organs, penile cancer not only threatens males’ physical health and life, but also severely affect their psychological health, social functions and life quality. Currently, the major treatment for penile cancer is Surgical operation, and along with the development of laparoscopic technique, the indications and methods of Laparoscopic inguinal lymph node dissection has been considered and heat debated among doctors. Besides the surgical operation approach, radiotherapy and chemotherapy are gradually applied in clinical work. Additionally, the appearance of biological target therapy enables the treatment regimen even more various.
