Objective:N-Acetylcysteine(NAC) and Myrtle Standardized all have mucus decomposition, but the mechanism is not the same, they can have the effect of auxiliary to each other.Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients often older, viscous and sputum expectoration drainage difficulty, cause disease turnaround time extended, funds increased burden.The purpose of this experiment is discussed using a combination of clinical application value.Methods: collected in our hospital with Acute obstructive pulmonary diseases Acute exacerbation period(AECOPD) in patients with sputum ropy sputum and difficulty randomization is divided into two groups:As experimental group A and as control group group B, group B line AECOPD routine therapy(oxygen, anti-infection, atomization, spasmolysis and asthma, ammonia bromine expectoranting) support therapy, such as in group B the same treatment group A NAC combined with Myrtol Standardized addition to treatment, course of 14 days.Observe the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms, chest X-ray, blood gas analysis index before and after treatment.Results: treatment group in clinical symptoms, chest X-ray results after treatment, blood gas analysis to improve the situation was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: N-acetylcysteine in combination with Myrtol Standardized on AECOPD and expectoration drainage improvement solution has obvious curative effect, no significant side effects, suggested that clinical Sputum ropy sputum and difficult AECOPD patients routine use.
