Objective : To compare and analysis the Clinical Effect of two different wire binding mode Combined with Artificial Joint Replacement for Elderly Patients with Intertrochanteric Fractures.Methods : Retrospectively analyzed 34 cases of patients with femoral Intertrochanteric Fractures treated with different wire binding mode Combined with Artificial Joint Replacement in our hospital from2013 to 2014. There are 15 cases used Double Loop Wire Binding Technology Combined with Artificial Joint Replacement(group(1)) and 19 cases used ordinary wire binding technology Combined with Artificial Joint Replacement(group(2)). two groups respectively comparative analyze from several index which indicating the recovery situation.Results: Compared with the group used ordinary wire binding technology Combined with Artificial Joint Replacement, the group used Double Loop Wire Binding Technology Combined with Artificial Joint Replacement was significantly extended in postoperative walking time forthe first time, postoperative hospital stays, and the Harris scoring of patients after surgery 1 month(P < 0.05).but had no differents in the Harrisscoring of patients after surgery 3 month, 6 month, and 1year(P>0.05). The blood test index made no differences either, but indicating a fast recovery trend(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with the group used ordinary wire binding technology Combined with Artificial Joint Replacement, the group used Double Loop Wire Binding Technology Combined with Artificial Joint Replacement can promote a faster recovery process, reduce postoperative hospital stays,and improve the hip joint’s function of the affected side in the short time.
