Objective:To study the clinical effect of the cross double loop wire using in hip arthropplasty in the treatment of the femoral intertrochanteric comminuted fractures in the elderly.Methods:44 cases of intertrochanteric comminuted fracture patients which hospitalized from Dec.2012 to Feb.2014 were randomly divided into two groups.22 cases used cross Double Loop Wire (group ①) and 22 cases used ordinary wire (group ②). Two groups respectively analyzed the first postoperative walking time, hospital stay after operation,postoperative complications, and hip function scores.Results:Compared with the group used ordinary wire,the group used cross Double Loop Wire have earlier ambulation time after operation, less hospital stay time and significantly better hip function scores(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the group used ordinary wire the group used cross Double Loop Wire can reduce postoperative time in bed, reduce postoperative hospital stay time and improve the hip joint function after hip replacement. |
