Social Psychological Factors And Psychological Intervention Study In Patients With Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective: to investigate the social psychological factors in patients with acute myocardial infarction by means of the 90 symptoms self evaluation scale,self rating anxiety scale, type a behavior scale and self rating depression scale;to provide support for the psychological intervention study in patients with acute myocardial infarction through the psychological intervention of anxiety state and anxiety stateMethods: collecting data of 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction and 60 patients with stable angina pectoris to investigate the social psychological factors in themselves; give psychological intervention basic clinical treatment to the patients with acute myocardial infarction who is in anxiety state and anxiety state and basic clinical treatment to the compared patients with acute myocardial infarction;evaluate the mental health status of the patients again after they leave the hospital。Results: Compared with the groups of acute myocardial infarction and stable angina pectoris,the factor in sensitive of interpersonal relationship, hostility and paranoid has statistical differences(P<0.05),the score of SAS(41.33±7.18,39.85±7.59,p=0.168) and SDS(39.85±5.93,38.83± 6.79, p=0.383) has not statistical differences; the percentage of patients with acute myocardial infarction and stable angina pectoris who is the type A behavior pattern is 36.7% and 23.3%;the score of SAS(40.42±3.56, 46.97±5.71, P<0.05) has statistical differences compared with the team of patients with basic clinical treatment.Conclusion: the mental health status of the patients with both acute myocardial infarction and stable angina pectoris is low;both the patients of acute myocardial infarction and stable angina pectoris has obvious anxiety,but there is not differences between them;compared with the patients of stable angina pectoris, the patients of acute myocardial infarction have more possiblity of type A behavior characteristics;effective psychological intervention can improve the anxiety state of the patients with acute myocardial infarction 。...
