Purpose: To investigate and analyze the clinical features of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)among young men and elderly men in Shihezi area, provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of this disease in the region, improve the success rate of treatment, and reduce the mortality. Methods: This study selected 159 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Medical College,Shihezi University between January 2016 and December 2017.The age range was 25~.Between the age of 82,all patients were male.Grouped by age, localized young patients under the age of 45(including 45 years old)to 74 patients with a median age of(41.55 ±2.12)years;patients over 60(including 60 years old)were defined as elderly patients. The number was 85 cases, and the median age was 68.81 ± 3.14 years old.According to the clinical characteristics of patients, the general clinical data, major risk factors, auxiliary examination results, number of lesions, characteristics of coronary artery lesions, drug treatment and complications during hospitalization were statistically analyzed in the young and elderly patients. Results: 1.The distribution of risk factors of acute myocardial infarction in young and old age groups: The AMI group was significantly more than the young AMI group. The main risk factors for the age of acute myocardial infarction have been recognized;the young group BMI?24 cases The number of elderly patients was significantly higher than that of the elderly group;the number of elderly patients with combined hypertension was significantly higher than that of the younger group;the family history of premature coronary heart disease in the younger patients with AMI was higher than that of the elderly AMI group(P<0.05).Fibrinogen in the elderly patients with AMI was significantly higher than that in young patients with AMI(P<0.001).The levels of TG and LDL-C in young patients with AMI were significantly higher than those in older AMI patients(P<0.001,P<0.05).2.The number of risk factors in the elderly group was significantly more than that in the young group;the single-vessel disease was the main group in the young group;the double-or triple-vessel disease was the main group in the elderly group;the young group had significantly better cardiac function than the old group during hospitalization. The complications of hospitalization in the young group were lower than those in the old group.3.The young and elderly patients were treated with double antibiotics in the postoperative treatment. The statin therapy was strengthened, and the compliance with the guidelines was satisfactory. The elderly group had more insufficiency of heart function than the young group. Therefore, more diuretics were used than in the young group.4.Young male patients with AMI have a good time period during the peak hours of 8:00-11:00in the morning, and the peak time for the onset of AMI in elderly males is between 12:00 and15:00 at noon;the prevalent period is autumn and winter.Emergent medical department is the mainstay.Hospitals come to the hospital on their own,and the onset time is usually 3-5 hours. Conclusions: 1.Diabetes mellitus, hypertension, smoking, alcohol consumption,BMI,age, family history of premature coronary heart disease,dyslipidemia(TG,LDL-C)and fibrinogen are recognized as risk factors for acute myocardial infarction. However, young men are more prone to age, obesity, hypertension, family history of premature coronary heart disease,dyslipidemia(TG,LDL-C),and hyperfibrinogen.2.Most of the young males with acute myocardial infarction were mainly vascular lesions of single offenders. The elderly patients were mainly composed of double-vessel and triple-vessel disease. The young group had significantly better cardiac function than the elderly group during hospitalization and the young group was hospitalized.Complications during the period were lower than those in the elderly group.3,acute myocardial infarction occurs three time periods, good hair in autumn and winter, and more to their own hospital, the first diagnosis of emergency medicine, onset of treatment to more than 3-5 hours.
