Pulse signal acquisition and analysis of the research results in the field of science has been quite mature, it laid a foundation for the study that explore the influence of external factors on the pulse signal. This article will take the 18-25 years old college students as the research object, pulse acquisition scheme design of human physiological conditions in the resting state and after steps exercise and the environmental conditions under the three primary colors. For a certain number of subjects to carry out variable pulse acquisition experiment, and explore their resting state, step motion under physiological conditions, three primary colors(red, blue, and green) environment were produced by pulse of the physiological signal changes.Firstly, set up the pulse signal acquisition environment, design and implementation of the measurement of the pulse signal acquisition program. On the basis of experimental design, designed the pulse signal acquisition module.The multi- channel pulse signal was collected after resting state and step movement, and consider the two kinds of multi channel pulse signal as the control group, the data were compared and analyzed, which verified the working stability of the multi channel pulse signal acquisition system and the correctness of the collection scheme.Secondly, on subjects in resting, step motion for three Primary Colors’ environmental change state design pulse signal acquisition scheme, a multi-channel pulse signal acquisition,The collected signals were contrast test, the influence curve of different color environment of the pulse, and through the analysis of the influence of three Primary Colors’ environment on the changes of the pulse signal frequency conclusion.Finally, respectively for the acquisition of multi-channel pulse signal feature point identification, main wave and tidal wave, frequency change rate, channel cross-correlation function and other indicators, on the basis of studying the effects of red environment, blue environment, green environment on measuring physiological information,Finally, the conclusion is drawn that different color environment affects the pulse signal in different aspects.In summary, it can be seen from the experimental results, three color environment impact on the signal of pulse wave and tidal wave, frequency change rate of the conclusion can used for the adjuvant treatment of mental illness and cardiovascular disease, such as ward wall color selection and mental health treatment, can achieve the purpose of calm, provides a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the medical profession。...
