| Recently,with the development of diagnostic techniques of traditional Chinese medicine,the role of pulse diagnosis in diagnostics is becoming more and more important.However,its difficulties in inheritance and objectification of diagnostic criteria have increasingly restricted the development of pulse diagnosis of TCM.In order to promote the development of TCM pulse diagnosis,expediting the process of objective diagnosis is of great urgency.There are several shortcomings of the existing pulse acquisitions which can impede further development of the TCM,such as single probe collecting,user-unfriendly and low equipment automation.At the same time,the correlation among three-region pulse diagnosis is still vacant,and the scientific explanation of TCM theory is still a pending problem.In view of the above problems,this paper designs a three-region pulse acquisition and analysis system based on flexible transducer.In order to break through the restriction of pulse-diagnosis.We designed a flexible pulse acquisition,which using liquid as a signal transmission medium and efficient analog circuits for pulse signals.With the advantage of low-power,STM32F373RCT6 microprocessors are selected as the core section to realize data transmission and directive controls.And the pressure control module has been used in liquid environments.The PC software designed by C# has the function of human-computer interaction.The entire system can satisfy the need of high precision acquisition and analysis of pulse data.This paper established a model of “Three-Region” based on the study of correlation among the “Three Regions”.We used wavelet transform and LPIP algorithm to filter out the noise of signal.In terms of feature extraction,this paper selects the modified ILP algorithm to extract domain characteristic parameters of the pulse signal.In order to verify the reliability of the data obtained by the system,we compared the pulse data of this system with the SMF-III standard diagnostic system.The SPSS statistical analysis software was used to take T-test,which can evaluate the difference between two systems.The results showed that there were no statistical differences between the two systems in terms of amplitude parameters,pulse shape and pulse rate.Qualitative and quantitative investigation of various relationships among the threeregion pulse shows that there is a statistically significant difference between the optimal test pressures of the CUN,the GUAN and the CHI.The optimum test pressure of CUN is between 71 and 169 gram,the optimum test pressure of GUAN is between 62 and 160 gram and the optimum test pressure of CHI is between 88 and 174 gram.The attenuation coefficient of CUN to GUAN is between 4.9% and 15.9%,and the attenuation coefficient of CHI to GUAN is between 10.2% and 22.7%.Three-region pulse data acquisition experiment verified the effect of the palmar bypass and the pulse-resistance. |
