The paper aims to design a TCM diagnosis system, and make the system combined with the k nowledge discovery. The system based on the interrogation acquire the Illness-Syndrome-Disease of the patient, through the syndrome differ meridian, and then the doctor can come to a conclusion of all the Acupuncture point.The knowledge discovery is based on the attribute partial order and its theory came from the book which is written by the Professor Guo. According to partial ordered structure theory, the author collates two groups of system disease, including the spirit system diseases and respiratory diseases, Symptoms and acupuncture points effectively forms the A matrix, and generate the partial ordered structure diagram. Relaying on the cladistics relationships, between public and unique properties, and the connection between different nodes, we can find that different disease and certain parts of the human exist some relationships.Syndrome differentiation is the premise and basis for Traditional C hinese medicine diagnosis, so it will affect the doctor to make a right diagnosis and give an accurate treatment to patients. Therefore, through the above analysis, we found that in the process of research and development of meridian syndrome diagnosis, using the modern science and technology as the auxiliary, making the syndrome differentiation and treatment of the process more objective, and systematic, was forced to be strong demand in TCM diagnosisBy doing this work, on the one hand, provide clinical practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine with a practical TCM diagnosis software, make effective point of the theory in the process of clinical treatment more popular, On the other hand through property theory of partial order in big data applications, discovered the acupuncture select parts of the theoretical basis.
