Clinical Observation On The Fluid Of Jianbu Tongluo Fumigation United Sulfasalazine In Treating Of Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of The Fluid of Jianbu Tongluo Fumigation united Sulfasalazine treating ankylosing spondylitis of Shenduxuhan type,and to evaluate the safety.Methods:64 cases of compliant patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to doctor order,with 32 cases in each group.In each group, 2 cases were dropped or removed.The control group were given oral sulfasalazine tablets and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAID) treatment.①Sulfasalazine tablets 0.5g,2 times one day,add0.5g one week and up to 1.0g,2 times one day,lasting for two weeks.②NSAIDs given etocoxib 60 mg once a day, withdraw after pain relief.The treatment group were given fumigation treatment of The Fluid of Jianbu Tongluo Fumigation based on the control group,and the method for fumigation treatment was: Put all the drugs of Jianbu Tongluo Fumigation into gauze bag and into large casserole, add 500 ml water soak for 30 minutes, fry boil 20 minutes with slow fire, then the medicine liquid was poured into the high pressure steam container of the fumigating device, after vaporization of the liquid under the pressure of high speed to the affected part skin injection, once each day,30 min per time,10 times for a course of treatment, two treatment interval 5 days, continuous3 courses.The changes of general conditions, symptoms and signs, safety and efficacy indexes before and after treatment were observed.The slinical data were collected to establish a database,and package for data processing using SPSSl9.0 software.Results: After two weeks of treatment,the atherosclerosis patients with joint pain,swelling, stiffness, and other clinical symptoms of the two groups were observed to be improved,and overall efficiency of the treatment group was 76.67%,of which the control group was 50.00%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased significantly,the differences between the two groups and the same group were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significantdifferences in the C-reactive protein(CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) and leukocyte count(WBC) and other indexes between the groups(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group were slightly lower than those of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions: The Fluid of Jianbu Tongluo Fumigation combined with SASP in the treatment of Shenduxuhan type AS can better improve the patient’s symptoms, slow development of patients with the disease, enhance the curative effect of TCM Syndromes compared with medical therapy alone.Compared with simple drugs treatment, The Fluid of Jianbu Tongluo Fumigation combined with SASP can significantly reduce the serum CRP and ESR levels, improve lumbosacral pain symptoms and delay the progression.Therefore,the effects of The Fluid of Jianbu Tongluo Fumigation treatment with Shenduxuhan type AS are exact,with good safety.
