The Use Of Tongluo Qushi On Cure Of Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Involving The Hip Joint

Objective:To evaluate Tongluo Qushi and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-αinhibitor on the hip involvement in patients with ankylosing spondylitis(As);Search for in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis involving the hip joint on the best drug.Methods:To consistent with AS and involved 24 cases of patients with hip,were randomly divided into 2 groups:the group of Tongluo Qushi and the group of TNF-α.Observation Hariss score,Thoracic activity,Chin from the chest,Wall away from the pillow,Schober score,Refers to distance and ESR of the patients before and after treatment.At the same time before and after treatment to observe the X-line changes in the hip joint space.Then compare the Clinical efficacy and Reaction of the two groups.Results:Participating in the trial of 24 patients completed the pilot.(1) In the two groups,Hariss score,Thoracic activity,Chin from the chest,Wall away from the pillow,Schober score,Refers to distance and ESR were significant difference after the treatment except the hip joint space;(2) After the treatment,the TNF-αgroup have better efficacy than the Tongluo Qushi group on thoracic activity,and the Tongluo Qushi group have better efficacy than the TNF-αgroup on the Chin from the chest but the two groups have no difference on Other indicators.(3) The efficient wes 86%after the treatment of the etanercept group,and the tongbiling group was 80%.(4) The two groups have less side effects,and safe and well tolerated in patients.Tongbiling has good efficacy,fewer adverse reactions,the price advantage of Excellence,is an ideal of clinical medicine.
