Objective To establish a animal model suitable for compound NZ anti-infection in vivo studies.To clarify the anti-infection effects and the influence of the enzyme activity of immunity in animals of traditional Chinese medicine compound NZ. To get the information about the 5 multi-drug resistant strains ‘ sensitivity to traditional Chinese medicine compound NZ and other popular traditional Chinese medicine compound to fight infection on the market. Provide pharmic information for the development of traditional Chinese medicine new medicine about no cure or treatment effect is poorer for bacterial infectious diseases.Methods Compared the infection methods including injection, natural drinking water, medicine feeding etc.Based on the requirement of the research about traditional Chinese medicine compound NZ, Through the statistics of infection rates and survival rate, the observation of internal anatomical,the test of pathogen and other evaluation index.To establish a animal model which closer to the actual clinical infection. Base on the animal model, Symptoms,pathogenic test, the survival rate and the quality of survival can be taken as the indexes,Comprehensive assessment the treatment effects of this 15 different therapeutic schemes. Set test group and the control group respectively. Comparing three kinds of representative enzyme: muramidase,aspartate aminotransferase,acid phosphatase.And the transformation law within 96 h. Susceptivity to antibiotics of the bacteria was measured by K-B and agar diffusion methods. At the time of 12 h,experimental group reached11.7UACP/ml,and the control group was only 6.5UACP/ml,ACP activity was44.4% lower.4 Traditional Chinese Medicine NZ effectiveness on inhibiting the growth of the five chosen types of bacteria.The diameter of bacteria inhibiting loop is larger than 15 mm,showed extremelysensitive. In additionbesides,compound NZ has the effectiveness on inhibiting the growth of 5 types ofdrug-resistant bacteria and have significant advantage over those herbal medicinal compound prescribe onsale. These results will provide experimental bases of new drugs development for cureless or poorer therapeutic effect of bacterial infection disease.
