To Observe The Curative Effect Of Adjuvant Treated Erosive Oral Lichen Planus With Thymopeptide Enteric-coated Tablets And Behavioral Analysis

Objective:The study has used Thymopeptide enteric-coated tablets which is seen as an adjuvant treatment with erosive oral Lichen Planus as systemic administration, and triamcinolone acetonide oral paste as a local main drug to treat the disease. By observing the thymosin enteric coated tablets as an auxiliary treatment, there are the clinical curative effect of erosive oral lichen planus, pain index, adverse reactions and recurrence,to provide some clinical referencethe treatment for erosive oral lichen planus.Methods:The 42 cases of erosive oral lichen planus patients in Shanxi Medical University The first Hospital for dental department are divided for 2 groups, with 21 cases in each group.In the experimental group, it used thymopeptide enteric-coated tablets and triamcinolone acetonide oral ointment, in the control group used triamcinolone acetonide oral ointment treatment alone. The Chinese oral medicine oral mucosal disease Professional Committee promulgated in 2005 on atrophic erosive oral lichen planus efficacy evaluation trial standard, which were score according to the clinical symptoms and signs, to evaluate synthetically the short-term clinical efficacy. The patients were observed and recorded respectively in newly diagnosed, first medication after 7, 14, 28 days and 8 weeks,compared the clinical symptoms and signs of improvement with before treatment. At the end of the treatment, the total effective rate was used as the evaluation index of the overall efficacy, the adverse reactions and recurrence were observed at the same time.Results:The 42 patients treated with thymopeptide enteric-coated tablets as adjunctive therapy, triamcinolone acetonide oral paste as local treatment in the experimental group and only triamcinolone acetonide oral ointment for the treatment with patients in the control group have had a certain effect in the control group, the results are as follows:1.Thymosin enteric coated tablets and triamcinolone acetonide oral ointment treated in the experimental group total effective rate is 90.5%,using triamcinolone acetonide oral paste alone in the control group, the total efficiency was 52.4%, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant;2.The pain index of erosive lesions of the experimental group’s patients before the treatment was similar to the control group, P > 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant; after the treatment, the pain index of the two groups decreased significantly,P < 0.05, the difference is statistically significant; Compared with the control group, the pain index in the experimental group was similar, P > 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant;3.In the process of the treatment of 8 weeks, patients in the experimental group and control group had occurred adverse reactions, and which had similar cases, P > 0.05,there was no statistically significant difference.4.In the 3 months after stopping the drug, the experimental group and the control group were markedly effective in patients with erosive OLP recurrence, and the recurrence rate was 6.7%, 50%, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Through the body and behavior habits survey in 42 cases with erosive OLP patients and 42 patients with non erosive OLP patients, compared with non erosive OLP patients,erosive OLP patients with systemic disease are relatively more, and the patients with mood swings, loss of sleep are also more and more, who like eating sour, spicy, excellent,too hot food and not eating fruits and vegetables, P < 0.05, the difference has statistical significance; two groups compared in the history of smoking and drinking historybetween the number of cases are close, P > 0.05, the difference no statistical significance.Conclusion:Thymosin enteric coated tablets and topical application of triamcinolone acetonide oral ointment used combined treatment of erosive oral lichen planus, clinical curative effect is better than the triamcinolone acetonide oral ointment treatment alone, at the same time the number of cases of recurrence is less than oral triamcinolone acetonide ointment alone in the treatment group.So the patients with erosive mouth cavity lichen planus should adopt combination therapy. At the same time, patients with erosive oral lichen planus need aggressive treatment of systemic diseases, adjust state of mind, to develop good habits.
