Objective:To explore colon dialysis with Yishen Decoction CKD3-4 carotid artery calcification in patients with serum ICAM-1,VCAM-1,for colon dialysis combined traditional Chinese medicine provides the theory basis for treatment of patients with vascular calcification with CRF.Methods:Choice in September 2014 to October 2015 in the first hospital of Shanxi medical university outpatient and inpatient CKD3-4 with 112 patients with carotid artery calcification, according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria finally selected 50 cases, were randomly divided into normal colon dialysis group, colon dialysis with Yishen decoction group, in which 10 people who didn’t make colon dialysis based on the basis of symptomatic treatment control group. Colon dialysis treatment for2~3times/week,2 hours/time, treatment observation period for eight weeks, were observed before and after treatment of hemoglobin(Hb), blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),uric acid(UA),blood calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P), parathyroid hormone(PTH),plasma albumin(propagated) laboratory index changes, at the same time observed patients before and after the treatment with ELISA method, the level of serum ICAM-1,VCAM-1 change. Use a variety of statistical analysis method, to compare whether there is a statistically significant between groups, and the related factors of LSD analysis.Results:1. Each group before treatment, gender and age, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure had no significant difference between the primary disease,(P>0.05);2. Before treatment, there were no significant differences in BUN, Scr, Hb, Alb, Ca,P, PTH, UA,ICAM-1,VCAM-1 in each group(P>0.05);3. After treatment, there was no significant difference in Hb, Alb, Ca, P, PTH between the groups(P>0.05);4. Compared with the control group, Scr, BUN and UA were significantly decreased after treatment in the colon dialysis group and the colon dialysis plus Kidney Decoction group(P>0.01);5. Compared with the colon dialysis group, BUN, Scr and UA in the colon dialysis plus Kidney Decoction group were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05);6. Compared with the control group, no significant changes in colon dialysis group after treatment of ICAM-1(P>0.05), VCAM-1 decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05), colon dialysis + Yishen Decoction group ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 decreased after treatment(P<0.05);7. Compared with colon dialysis group, ICAM-1and VCAM-1 were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Speculated that colon dialysis with Yishen decoction can decrease the level of serum ICAM-1and VCAM-1 in patients with CKD3-4 vascular calcification。...
