Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with colon dialysis for NF-?B,TNF-? factors in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD) 3~4 stage and carotid artery calcification(CAC),further discuss the treatment method to delay carotid artery calcification in patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods:Collected the inpatient and outpatient patients with CKD3~4 stage in our hospital in April 2014 ~ October 2015,according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,72 patients which are CKD3 ~ 4 merge the carotid artery calcification were screened out and among them are willing to do colon dialysis patients were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine combined with colon dialysis group, colon dialysis group,20 cases in each group.Take over the same period patients with carotid artery calcification with 20 cases as control group.The control group received conventional medical treatment,colon dialysis group received colon dialysis treatment on the basis of the control group,traditional Chinese medicine combined with colon dialysis group were given Yishen soup on the basis of the control group.The later two sets of colon dialysis group were performed three times a week,two hours each,for a month.Collected the general information,laboratory biochemical indexes of the selected patients before and after treatment,while using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISE) to detect the value of NF-?B,TNF-? factors in serum of patients before and after treatment.Analysis of traditional Chinese medicine combined with colon dialysis treatment efficacy usingvarious statistical analysis methods.Results:1.There were 150 cases of CKD 3-4 stage patients,including 72 patients with carotid artery calcification,the prevalence rate of carotid artery calcification was 48%;2.Before the treatment,groups of age,gender, primary disease,biochemical index,NF-?B,TNF-? had no statistical difference(P > 0.05);BUN[(10.46±3.11)mmol/L vs(11.09±3.08)mmol/L]?Scr[(208.94±70.22)umol/L vs(212.31±69.96)umol/L]?UA[(368.9±44.96)umol/L vs(374.85±46.93)umol/L]of the control group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,but there was no statistical significance of others(P>0.05); BUN[(8.23±1.87)mmol/L vs(9.77±2.45)mmol/L]?Scr[(134.74±32.67)umol/L vs(187.36±47.42)umol/L]?UA[(310±50.48)umol/L vs(367.15±56.14)umol/L]?NF-?B[(0.97± 0.32)ng/L vs(1.47±0.52)ng/L]?TNF-?[(64.18±6.89)pg/L vs(78.92±8.58)pg/L]of colon dialysis group after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,but there was no statistical significance of others(P>0.05); BUN[(6.63±1.24)mmol/L vs(11.97±2.95)mmol/L]?Scr[(102.72±24.74)umol/L vs(232.54±60.2)umol/L]?UA[(274.55±61.12)umol/L vs(416.3±106.07)umol/L]?NF-?B[(0.7±0.33)ng/L vs(1.71±0.79)ng/L]?TNF-?[(56.7±6.32)pg/L vs(81.64±9.65)pg/L]of Yishen Decoction combined with colon dialysis group after treatmentof were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,but there was no statistical significance of others(P>0.05);3.Compared with the control group,BUN[(8.23±1.87)mmol/L?(6.63±1.24)mmol/L vs(10.46±3.11)mmol/L]?Scr[(134.74±32.67)umol/L?(102.72±24.74)umol/L vs(208.94±70.22)umol/L]?UA[(310.00±50.48)umol/L?(274.55±61.12)umol/L vs(368.90±44.96)umol/L]?NF-?B[(0.97±0.32)ng/L?(0.70±0.33)ng/L vs(1.26±0.25)ng/L]?TNF-?[(64.18±6.89)pg/L?(56.70±6.32)pg/L vs(72.51±7.00)pg/L]of colon dialysis group and Yishen Decoction combined with colon dialysis groupwere reduced after treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;Compared with colon dialysis group,BUN[(6.63±1.24)mmol/L vs(8.23±1.87)mmol/L]?Scr[(102.72±24.74)umol/L vs(134.74±32.67)umol/L]?UA[(274.55±61.12)umol/L vs(310.00±50.48)umol/L]?NF-?B[(0.70±0.33)ng/L vs(0.97±0.32)ng/L]?TNF-?[(56.70±6.32)pg/L vs(64.18±6.89)pg/L]of Yishen Decoction combined with colon dialysis group were reduced after treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Colon dialysis with Yishen Decoction can obviously improve the accumulation of toxins and NF-?B,TNF-? level in those CKD3~4 patients with carotid artery calcification.
