abroad,provincial and national(regional)cooperation is analyzed,discover the Posting rules of hypertensive heart disease research and cooperation,and find out the high influence authors,institutions,provinces and countries(regions).Research Subjects This study selected 2012 world health organization issued a cause of death in the 10 th ranked hypertensive heart disease analyzed.Using the index of cooperation condition of high blood pressure,heart disease research papers were analyzed.Using network analysis method to discover high blood pressure,heart disease research cooperation network of high influence authors,institutions,provinces and countries(regions)3.Social network analysis: Using social network analysis software,such as Pajek,Gephi and VOSviewer,implementation network centrality analysis and cluster analysis,and draw the network diagram Results 1.China(1)From the point of view the paper articles,the domestic study of hypertensive heart disease started earlier,document number,the number of the author,and authors passengers except for a few years have volatility is on the rise as a whole.After 1990,it is of exponential growth,the author number and people growth rate than paper.(2)From the perspective of cooperation,in 1959-2015,57.94% of hypertensive heart disease research papers in our country consists of two or more than two the author collaboration.Institutions and regional cooperation papers were 14.34% and 3.59% respectively,can be found in the low level of overall cooperation.And from the trend,the author cooperation rate and average number of authors,all showed a trend of decline,the organization cooperation rate,province cooperative rate,average number of institutions,the average number of provincial areas have been low.(3)Cooperation network analysis found that the author collaboration network cooperation frequency up to 16,and 97.05% even lines value is not greater than 2,the cooperation close degree is low.K-core analysis found that cooperation between hypertensive heart disease study author breadth level is low,86.92% under five nuclear in K – core.The author cooperation network in a large number of small scale cooperation group,the cooperation of hypertensive heart disease research papers is explained size and strength is not big.Through analyzing the author collaboration network centricity and author distribution analysis found that,Gui-qing Wang,Yi-feng Cao,Ji-ping Guo,Yong-ju Yang,Zu-lu Wang are the authors who have higher academic status and influence.For institutions were identificated and cooperation network analysis found that the General Hospital of Shenyang Military,the Chinese PLA general hospital,the First Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and other institutions while paper production is higher,but its in cooperation network centricity index is not top,visible,most of these institutions papers completed by the organization.For cooperation network centricity analysis found that,the Union Hospital Affiliated with Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Shanghai Institute of Cerebrovascular Disease,Fudan University,Changhai hospital affiliated to the Second Military Medical University and other institutions in our country,hypertensive heart disease research of information dissemination and resource control plays an important role.Agencies of number greater than 5 network analysis found that geographical relations are still dominate the inter-agency cooperative factors.Analysis on regional paper production distribution and cooperation at the provincial level,you can see that hypertensive heart disease in our country whether the number of output or close cooperation degree,research papers are showed obvious geographical distribution imbalance,paper production and cooperation are mainly distributed in Henan,Shandong,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Hubei,Guangdong,Beijing,Shanghai and other minority concentrated area of medical resources,and other provincial hypertensive heart disease research strength is weak.2 characteristics.National or regional cooperation network analysis found that the United States,Britain,Canada,Italy,Germany,Sweden,Australia,the Netherlands and Belgium these active international cooperation of countries,and from the edge of the core,a few western developed countries in cooperation network center,and other countries or regions are on the verge of cooperation network.It indicates that economic level affects the country or region scientific research strength and scientific research cooperation.In addition from hypertensive heart disease research field analysis found
