Research Of The Funded Nursing Management Paper Based On Bibliometric Analysis

Objective:Used bibliometric analysis and cluster analysis method, system and comprehensive analysis of the nursing management fund literature on twelve kinds of nursing core journals published and C hinese authors published indexed by SCI, to understand the status quo of nursing research management, hot issues and the development trend at this stage, and in-depth analysis of the funded nursing management papers in China, for improve the overall scientific research level of nursing managemen and a scientific basis for guidancing the overall direction of feeding nursing management level of scientific research funding, in order to promote China nursing management career of development. Data:Based on Wanfang database and cnki(CNKI), gets the all nursing management literature about 6,055(1740 Fund paper) published of twelve nursing core journals in China S&T Journal Citation reports(core)(CJCR) reported from 2012 to 2014, analysis of the full text. And the nursing management of a total of 117 papers(of which 51 fund paper) in Chinese authors published indexed by SCI, gets the bibliographic information of related papers. Methods:Bibliometric Analysis; Content Analysis; Comparative Analysis; Cluster Analysis; Results:The number of nursing management literature which on twelve kinds of nursing core journals published in C hina and C hinese authors published indexed by SCI are total load was 6175 article from 2012 to 2014, in which the fund thesis all 1791(domestic 1740, the SCI 51), non- fund papers 4,384(domestic 4318, the SCI 66). Nursing Management of core journals published papers decreasing total production, while Fund Papers Papers increased gradually over time, ratio of foundation-supported papers a three-year average ratio of 0.287; the number of nursing management fund paper production fluctuated by SCI, with an averages of the ratio of fund theses was 0.436. C losing to half of total articles nursing management papers published in domestic nursing core journals, which in nursing research. In domestic fund paper, 96.03% of their are collaboration which the major of three cooperation;cooperation of non- fund paper 84.09% which the major of two-person cooperation; SCI included in the funded nursing management papers, 94.12 percent of the research collaboration, non-cooperation fund thesis papers accounted for 96.97%.The authors of national funded paper in terms of qualifications and job distribution, and non-Fund makes little difference, mainly undergraduate and postgraduate students as the main crowd, and the largest number of positions is the head nurse;on the distribution of titles, the majority of authors in funded nursing management papers are co-chief superintendent nurse,while fund paper-based nurse- in-charge.Most areas of domestic funded papers issued several papers in Shanghai(15.92%), Guangdong Province(11.32%), while non- funded papers issued the largest number of areas in Beijing(14.31%) and Hubei Province(10.07%); both are yet formed their of core author group; the number of cooperative institutions issued, are issued a high proportion of single institutions, and there is increasing year by year trend;domestic fund authors mainly from attached hospital of colleg(41.67%);In international papers, whether funded or not, issued the largest number of areas are Hong Kong; SCI included in the funded papers issued to colleges and universities(64.71%), cooperation with the two agencies, and more for international cooperation, while non- funded papers with a single agency issued majorty. The average amount of domestic funds citation papers(11.45) than non- funded paper(9.81),the quotations of both languages are written mainly in C hinese, citation types are based journals; The average amount of funded papers by SCI citation papers(36.45) is slightly higher than non- funded paper(9.81),the quotations of both languages are written mainly in Chinese and citation were dominated by journals. whether funded or not, this stage domestic research focus areas is nursing human resource management whic h the ma inly research content are nurse career training, and assessment, career develop ment and nursing quality control which in patient safety mainly focused, and highly cited papers of research hot also concentrated in nursing human resources and nursing quality control this two big theme Shang.With in all Highly cited papers, the fund accounted for 23.21 percent paper and both papers cited frequency(7.97) lower than the Fund Paper(8.39),what is more, single citation frequency highest is non- funded Papers. Conclusion:China’s fund showed an increasing trend in the number of nursing management, but the overall numbers are still low, and the papers is mainly based on the investigative research.May be associated with the low level of overall scientific research of nursing management researchers in C hina. The regional distribution of the author appears distribution imbalance, mainly located in the more developed south-eastern and central provinces,And between economic development and scientific research may help each other forward;Compared with the non- funded papers, the author not only have commonness in the regional distribution, but also has the difference.Papers in the field of nursing management in China, whether the fund or not, thesis research focus areas are highlighted with the current nursing management and urgent problems, respectively.Overall quality of the funded thesis is not high, compared with the international there is still a large gap,and paper having funding does not directly affect the quality of the paper, the possibility of bringing a high level of funded papers is not high.
