[Objective] To study the therapeutic effect of VDRAs( Vitamin D Receptor Activators)on AD(Atopic dermatitis model) in mice.[Methods] 18 female BABL/c mice were divided into 3 groups :blank group,AD group and VDRAs treatment group, six mice each group.Dinitrochlorobenzene(DNCB)-induced was used and each group was stimulated by DNCB 9 times except blank group. After that,BXL-628 was injected intraperitoneally in VDRAs treatment group every two day,7 times totally.Central thickness of left ear of mice were measured, and observing the changes of skin lesions and pathology in mice.[Results] After treatment the thickness of mice’ ears and the inflammatory reaction were reduced in VDRAs treatment group than in AD group(P<0.01).In addition, the levels of IFN-γin serum were higher than that of AD group(P<0.01),and the levels of IL-4 were lower than that of AD group(P<0.01).[Conclusion] VDRAs could raise the level of IFN-γ,and lower the level of IL-4 in serum, to adjust the balance of Th1/Th2.
