As one of the most life-changing potential of science and technology, Brain-Computer Interface( BCI) technology has become a hot topic at home and abroad. BCI technology, which has a wide application prospect, is expected to play an important role in many areas such as health care, entertainment, military and so on. Generally, there are three modules to the BCI system:EEG signal acquisition, signal analysis and control device. EEG signal acquisition is the most important part, which directly determines the performance of the BCI system.A portable EEG acquisition system with low prices is proposed, which can be divided into signal acquisition module and PC software client. According to the characteristics of EEG signal, the paper designs analog circuits of all levels, meeting the EEG signal amplification and filtering requirements. A digital processing circuits based on MSP430 is also designed, which can communicate with PC via serial port or Bluetooth. On the PC software client, signal real-time display, save functions and others is implemented. Using low power consumption, low cost components, and the portable powered battery, this system is conducive to the popularization and application of BCI equipment.Finally, the performance of the system is tested, using Matlab software to analysis the EEG signal. The acquired signal is saved. Then, compared with EEG signal which is acquired by the professional EEG acquisition equipment, the results show that the design of EEG signal acquisition system runs stably and has a good performance.
