Objective:1.According to the clinical manifestation characteristic of BD patients, I conducted the preliminary clinical classification, in the hope it would be helpful to early diagnose BD;2.Analyzing the differences of the BD patient’s clinical manifestations, risk factors and neuroimaging performance between the patients with non-symptomatic and symptomatic, non vascular symptom and vascular symptom group,in order to provide clues to early recognition and treatment of BD.Methods:Retrospective analysis was carried out to analyze hospitalized patients’clinical data of our hospital between January 2013 and June 2015 with CT, CTA or MRI.According to the diagnostic standard, judging from the BD in images, and according to the clinical manifestations of patients,we carried on the preliminary clinical classification;According to clinical data, the case group was divided into non-symptomatic and symptomatic, non vascular symptom and vascular symptom group, we respectively analyzed the baseline data, including age, sex, blood, glucose, blood lipid, blood pressure, uric acid, BA diameter, etc. Results:Based on the clinical manifestation characteristics of BD patients, clinical classification was as follows:(1)Type of asymptomatic;(2)Type of posterior circulation ischemic;(3)Type of cerebral hemorrhage;(4)The brain stem compression type;(5)Cranial nerve compression type;(6)Type of hydrocephalus. In the clinical classification, the largest proportion of BD was Asymptomatic type, and in the symptoms group, the largest proportion was the posterior circulation ischemic.Patients’average age was 65.52±11.60 years old, male/female is about 2:1,it suggestde that men were more likely to suffer from BD and patients with BD preferred to aging.Comparing with the symptomatic BD, the diameter of BA in non-symptomatic patients was short[Wilcoxon w=1178.5, P=0.002], and the hypertension prevalence rate was low[x2=6.118,P=0.013],The level of diastolic blood pressure was lower[Wilcoxon w= 1240.0, P=0.018].Comparing with the vascular symptomatic BD, the diameter of BA in non-vascular symptomatic patients was short[Wilcoxon w=1413.5, P=0.014], and the hypertension prevalence rate was low[x2=4.171, P=0.041], The level of diastolic blood pressure was lower[Wilcoxon w =1437, P=0.026]. The bifurcation height was lower[x2=5.773, P=0.041].Conclusions:1.In the clinical classification, the largest proportion of BD was asymptomatic type, and in the symptoms group, the largest proportion was the posterior circulation ischemic.2.Diameter of BA, diastolic blood pressure and hypertension could be the influence factors of BD patients that have clinical symptoms.3.Diameter and bifurcation height of BA, diastolic blood pressure and hypertension could be the influence factors of BD progressing with vascular symptoms.4.In patients with BD, men are more likely to suffer from BD than women, male/female is about 2:1, the average age was 65.52±11.60 years old.Patients with BD preferred to aging.5.1n patients with BD,the measure of controling the blood pressure strictly may help reduce the clinical symptoms, especially vascular symptoms.
