Objective:Studies has found that chemokines CXCL16 has relationship with many kinds of cancers development, metastasis and prognosis.This experiment by detecting the expression situation of chemokine CXCL16 protein that expressed in different kinds of pathologic types of breast tumor and breast cancer.To explore the relationship between CXCL16 protein and breast tumor and to disscuss the relationships between expression of non-secreted CXCL16 protein and the clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancerMethods:In this experiment subjects were selected from January 2015 to October 2015 in our hospital and have surgical treatment, postoperative pathological diagnosed patients,55 cases of patients diagnosed with breast cancer (17 cases with infiltrating lymph node metastasis,20 cases diagnosed with fibroadenoma and 20 patients diagnosed with carcinoma in situ.immunohistochemistry (IHC) method were used in this experiment. to detection of chemokine CXCL16 protein expression in breast fibroadenoma, carcinoma in situ, invasive breast cancer and lymph node metastasis patients. Then analyze the relationship with Breast cancer patients age, tumor size, clinical risk classification, molecular typing, TNM staging and menopause, BMI values, family history and gynecological disease history, Whether there is lymph node metastasis,the Number of abortion and the number of partus matures.to discuss whether there is correlation between chemokine CXCL16 protein expression and pathological features. The experimental data were analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistical software, statistical analysis of data using chi square test (x 2 test) and rank sum test.Results:1.Non-secreted CXCL16 protein were found expression in breast fibroadenoma, breast carcinoma in situ, invasive breast cancer and in breast cancer metastasis lymph nodes.2. Non-secreted CXCL16 protein expression in different pathological type of tumors: there was a significant difference(P=0.001), the expression of non-secreted CXCL16 protein in invasive breast cancer (positive rate of about 78%) was higher than that in breast fibroadenoma expression (the positive rate of about 30%);3. Non-secreted CXCL16 protein expression in invasion of breast cancer patients with different TNM staging, molecular type, clinical risk stratification, primary tumor size and whether there is lymph node metastasis. The results were have statistically significant (P< 0.05);4. Non-secretion CXCL 16 protein expression in invasion of breast cancer patients with different age, menopause or not, BMI, whether there is family history and gynecological disease history, abortion numbers and partus matures numbers, the The results were have no statistical significance (P> 0.05).Conclusions:1. Non secreted CXCL 16 protein in lymph node expression was found in metastasis of breast fibroadenoma, carcinoma in situ and breast cancer and breast canc protein were found expression in breast fibroadenoma,breast carcinoma in situ, invasive breast cancer and in breast cancer metastasis lymph nodes, suggesting that the expression and there is a correlation between breast tumors.2. Non secreted CXCL16 protein high expression may be correlated with higher invasive and metastasis ability of breast cancer; It may be a Prediction index that breast cancer with higher degree of malignancy, strong Invasive ability, a high probability of metastasis and with poor prognosis;3. If non secreted CXCL 16 protein expression in invasive breast cancer have relationship with breast cancer patients whit different ages, menopause or not, different of BMI, whether there is family history and gynecological disease history, abortion numbers and partus matures numbers relationship needs further studies.
