Objective:By detecting the concentration of the CXCL16 protein in breast invasive ductal carcinoma in patients with cancer tissue and paraneoplastic tissue, compared the difference between them in the experiment. And explore the relationship between the relationship between CXCL16 protein and clinical features of breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods:In this experiment subjects were selected from June 2015 to August 2016 in breast surgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, which were diagnosed as invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast through the hollow needle biopsy, then were performed surgical treatment, and included 40 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast, and collected Cancer tissues and paraneoplastic tissues.Them was divided into 2 groups:the experimental group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).the adjacent tissues as control group.By enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)to determine the concentration of CXCL16 protein in Cancer tissues and paraneoplastic tissues, and analysis the correlation between the concentration and invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. The relationships between the expression of CXCL16 and clinical characteristics of breast cancer patients including the TNM stage, the recurrence transfer risk classification, lymph node metastasis, molecular typing, mastitis history, menopausal status. The experimental data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software, and the data were analyzed by the variance analysis and t test.Results:1.The expression of CXCL16 protein in cancer tissues was significantly higher than the paraneoplastic tissues in these patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast, and there is statistically significant difference between the two groups(P=0.0019).2.The expression of CXCL16 protein was significantly higher in patients with mastitis history than in patients without mastitis history, and there is statistically significant difference(P=0.000).3.The concentration of the CXCL 16 protein is higher in patients which are the higher the stage of TNM,the higher the risk of recurrence and metastasis, the lymph node metastasis, and there is statistically difference(P=<0.05).4.There are not statistical significance between the expression of CXCL 16 protein and molecular typing, age, menopausal status in innvasive ductal carcinoma of the breast(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.The expression of CXCL 16 protein in cancer tissues was significantly higher than the paraneoplastic tissues in these patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast, suggesting the expression of the CXCL16 protein is positively correlation with the breast cancer.2.The concentration of the CXCL 16 protein in these patients whom are with the mastitis history of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast cancer are significantly higher than those patients without the mastitis history, and indicating mastitis may increase the incidence of breast cancer.3.The expression of the CXCL 16 protein are positively correlation with the different TNM staging, the recurrence transfer risk classification, and lymph node metastasis in the innvasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. As the degree of malignancy of breast invasive ductal carcinoma is increased, the concentration of CXCL 16 protein gradually increased, which could be used as one of the evaluation indexes of malignancy and breast invasive ductal carcinoma, there are certain auxiliary prediction function in breast invasive ductal carcinoma patients.4.The concentration of the CXCL16 protein have no significant correlation with the molecular classification of breast invasive ductal carcinoma, age, menopausal status.
