| Objective (s):To detect the content of Alkaline phosphatase in Gingival crevicular fluid before and after restoring Co-Cr alloy PFM crown, alba alloy PFM and Zirconium dioxide full porcelain crown during one monthã€three months and six months, and observe its clinical indicators。 Respectively, and also estimating the effect of those crowns toward Periodontal tissue。Methods:Firstly choose 50 patients separately who require Co-Cr alloy PFM crown, alba alloy PFM and Zirconium dioxide full porcelain crown, under the circumstances of strictly limiting crown axial contour ã€margin adaptation and periodontal conditionsã€the margin of crowns, a total of 50 teeth were selected 。 Secondly extract Alkaline phosphatase, which is produced before and after the restoration of crowns during one monthã€three months and six months, respectively。 Finally observe the change of the Alkaline phosphatase 。Results:1.Before tooth preparation and 1 month after cementation, ALP showed no difference among three groups(P> 0.05). Co-Cr alloy PFM crown group in restore after a mouth,3 mouths and 6 mouths of ALP in gingival crevicular fluid increasing trend(P< 0.05).2. Compared to pre-restoration, the amount of ALP in GCF have no conspicuous difference in alba alloy PFM after 1 or 3 or 6 mouths(P> 0.05) 。 3.Compared to pre-restoration, the amount of ALP in GCF have no conspicuous difference in Zirconium dioxide full porcelain crown after 1 or 3 or 6 mouths(P> 0.05) 。 4.Three groups in the repair after a month and restoration of the former compared ALP values differences had no statistical significance (P> 0.05); repair after three months and six months, cobalt chromium alloy group and palladium silver alloy group and zirconia group of ALP value difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), palladium silver alloy group and zirconia group difference between no statistical significance (P> 0.05)Conclusions:1.Co-Cr alloy PFM will play a certain role in affecting the amount of ALP in GCF, it will be required to carry on research about whether or not it will cause the damages of periodontal tissue.2.Alba alloy PFM has a little effect on the amount of ALP in GCF, it prompts the material has a slightly impact on the periodontal tissue.3 Zirconium dioxide full porcelain crown has a little effect on the amount of ALP in GCF, it prompts the material has a slightly impact on the periodontal tissue. |
