Objective (s):1. To prove different concentration of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) on the histiocytic lymphoma cells (U-937) chemotaxis in vitro;2. In order to provide the experimental basis for the study of the role of monocyte chemotaxis protein-1 (MCP-1) in the chemotaxis of tumor associated macrophages (TAMs).Methods:1. To recovery, primary culture and subculture of the human tissue cell lymphoma cell (U-937);2. monocyte chemotaxis protein-1 (MCP-1) and U937 were inoculated into Transwell cell in vitro chemotaxis3. The membrane of the human tissue cells (U937) under the microscope were observed with the washing, fixation and HE staining;4. Chemokine hemocytometer counting cell centrifugal concentrate in human histiocytic lymphoma cells (U937) number, the detection of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1 protein-1 (MCP-1) chemotaxis of human tissue cell lymphoma cells (U937);5. The experimental data were analyzed using SPSS17.0. Experimental data on number plus standard difference (x±s) said that the statistical test method with single factor variance analysis (one-way AVONA) P<0.05 for statistical significance.Results:1. The chemotaxis of monocyte chemokine protein-1 (MCP-1) on the cell lymphoma cells (U937) was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05);2. Monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 concentration on the histiocytic lymphoma cells (U937) chemotaxis (P<0.05) is more obvious, but not multiple relationshipConclusion(s):1. Monocyte chemotaxis protein-1 has chemotaxis to the histiocytic lymphoma cells,and the different concentration of monocyte chemotaxis protein-1 has the difference in the activity of the cell lymphoma.2. Monocyte chemotaxis protein-1 of the lymphoma cells have the role of chemokines and different concentration of monocytes trend protein-1 (MCP-1) on tissue lymphoma cell U937 cells chemotaxis activity differences exist, the monocytes trend protein-1 (MCP-1) concentration is high, the histiocytic lymphoma U937 cells migration promoting effect more obvious monocyte chemoattractant.3. The greater the concentration of monocyte chemokine-1 was, the more obvious the role of promoting migration of cell lymphoma cells was.
