Objectives:This study proposed by observing the expression of Coro2A protein in non-small cell lung cancer tissue and normal lung tissue. To explore the clinical pathological characteristics of NSCLC patients correlation with the expression of Coro2A protein, and provide experimental basis for NSCLC molecular targeted therapy.Methods:Collection from January 2008 to January 2016 in The Third Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University 110 cases of patients with NSCLC treated first surgical specimens from lung tissue adjacent to carcinoma tissues and the specimen, and can get a complete clinical medical records of NSCLC patients. Surgery resection specimen by 10% in the year of formaldehyde solution fixed, after dehydration, embedding, the cell morphology under the light microscopy observation after dyeing, using immunohistochemical technique, detection of non-small cell lung cancer in the lung tissue adjacent to carcinoma tissues and Coro2A protein expression.Analysis of Coro2A protein expression in its relationship with clinical pathological characteristics of patients with NSCLC.Using SPSS 20.0 software for statistical analysis, P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:1. The expression of Coro2A protein in non-small cell lung cancer tissue and in para-carcinoma tissueCoro2A protein expression mainly in the cytoplasm and nucleus of non-small cell lung cancer and para-carcinoma tissue. The positive expression of 110 cases in non-small cell lung cancer tissue is 58 cases, the positive expression rate was 52.7%(58/110);Positive expression in lung tissue adjacent to carcinoma is 83 patients, the positive expression rate was 75.5%(83/110).The positive expression rate difference was statistically significant (P< 0.001), suggesting Coro2A protein in the positive expression rate of cancer tissue is markedly lower than the lung tissue adjacent to carcinoma.2. The expression of Coro2A protein in different gender non-small cell lung cancerIn 110 cases of non-small cell lung carcinoma tissues, Coro2A protein positive expression in male patients with NSCLC cancer tissue is 44 cases, the positive expression rate was 62.9%(44/70);The positive expression of Coro2A protein in female cancer patients with NSCLC is 14 cases, the positive expression rate was 35%(14/40).The positive expression rate difference was statistically significant (P< 0.001), suggesting Coro2A protein positive expression rate in male patients with NSCLC cancer tissue is significantly higher than female patients.3. The expression of Coro2A protein in different non-small cell lung cancer tissue typesIn 110 cases of non-small cell lung carcinoma tissue, Coro2A protein positive expression in the adenocarcinoma tissues have 36 patients, the positive expression rate was 48.6%(36/74);Coro2A protein positive expression in squamous cell carcinoma tissue is 22 cases, the positive expression rate was 61.1%(22/36).There was no statistically significant between the positive expression rate (P>0.05), prompted Coro2A protein expression levels in non-small cell lung cancer tissue and tissue types have no obvious correlation.4. The expression of Coro2A protein in different clinical pathological parametersIn 110 cases of non-small cell lung carcinoma tissues, the positive expression of Coro2A in less than or equal to 60 years NSCLC tissue is 60.0% (33/55), The positive expression Coro2A in more than 60 patients with NSCLC cancer tissue in the rate is 45.6%(25/55).There was no statistically significant difference between the positive expression rate (P> 0.05);Coro2A protein in primary tumors for T1, T2 and T3 in NSCLC patients with positive expression rate are 53.8%(28/52),54.5%(24/44),42.9% (6/14).Coro2A protein positive expression rate of the differences between the three had no statistical significance (P> 0.05);Coro2A protein in lymph node metastasis as N0, N1/N2 positive expression rate of NSCLC patients are 50.0%(27/54),55.4%(31/56), the positive expression rate of Coro2A protein difference between the two have no statistical significance (P> 0.05);Coro2A protein in pathologic stage for Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ, it’s positive expression rate of NSCLC patients are 56.1%(23/41),51.9%(14/27),50.0% (21/42), between the Coro2A protein positive expression rate are no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05).In a word, suggest Coro2A protein positive rate in non-small cell lung cancer tissue and age, primary tumor, lymph node metastasis and the pathological staging are no correlation.Conclusions:1. Coro2A protein expression in NSCLC cancer tissue level is lower than the lung tissue adjacent to carcinoma, suggest the possible with the small.The occurrence of cell lung cancer development;2. Coro2A protein expression level in male patients with NSCLC cancer tissue is higher than women;3. Coro2A protein expression level in NSCLC cancer organizations with onset age, histological type, primary tumor foci, lymph node metastasis and pathological staging no correlation.
