| Objective:Ankylosing Spondylitis is an autoimmune disease, its clinical manifestations are mainly progressive, independent, systemic spinal joint disease. The Chinese medicine called it "bone sick", "kidney sick", "big hunchback" and so on. Its onset is rapid, and its course is long, so it is often not taken seriously at first, therefore the spine and limbs appear different degree of discomfort and pain, and this can easily cause the deformation of the spine and limbs. Although the disease is not life-threatening, but its clinical complications are too much, therefore the patients tend to be long-term fever weakness and pain. The cause of the disease is still not clear although there were many researches at home and abroad. Some researches prove that the occurring and development of the sick is connected with factors of heredity and environment. In recent years, the incidence of ankylosing spondylitis is keeping increasing and continuing high especially for female patients. This disease is easily disabled, and there is no cures for western medicine at present, so the treatment characteristics of Chinese medicine are obviously, therefore have good curative effect.Methods:the 60 clinical collect AS patients are collected from January 2014 to February 2016, hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangsu Province, rheumatism outpatient and ward. The patients were divided into 2 groups randomly,30 of which were treated by Qiangjitongluo medicine(including Lei Gongteng) and 30 of which were treated by compound(without Lei Gongteng) medicine. Observing the ESR, CRP, AI index, FI index, and morning stiffness and so on, according to the statistic quantizing analysis after 12 weeks, observing the clinic curative effect and symptom improvement of the 2 groups.Results:1.Acoording to the observing of the result, the effect of two groups was good. After 12 weeks cure, the effective rate of treatment group is 96.43%, the effective rate of matched group is 64%, and the effective rate of treatment group is higher than the effective rate of matched group.2. According to the statistics, the therapeutic effect of syndrome of the two groups is:the treatment group is 89.29%, the matched group is 72%, the treatment group is better than the matched group.3. According to the clinic quantitative analysis, (1)the baseline characteristics of the two groups show no statistically significant difference(P>0.05), therefore there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups. So the study of AS is realistic. (2)The overall pain, morning stiffness, ESR, CRP, AI index, FI index etc. of the treatment group and the matched group have statistically significant difference(P<0.05). (3)According to figure 5, AI index, FI index, the degree of low back pain, symptoms score are obvious, therefore the treatment group has a great significant.Conclusion:Qiangjitongluo particle is invited by the famous veteran teran doctors of tcm, professor Jinshi, based on the clinical research of Qiangjidingtong soup and thunder god vine medicine. According to the quantization analysis, the cure effect of the two groups is good. But the statistics shows the cure effect of the treatment group is better than the matched group, with better safety and rationality. In short, in the premise of authenticity and feasibility, the result of this clinical test will exert a profound influence of the cure of AS by Chinese medicine. |
