Clinical Study On The Effect Of "Wen Shen Huo Xue Decoction" On Leptin And Insulin In Patients With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of "Wen Shen Huo Xue Decoction " in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and its effect on serum leptin, insulin and insulin resistance, and to provide a further evidence for the treatment of PCOS.Methods:Select March 2015-February 2016 in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital gynecology clinic and met the diagnostic criteria of PCOS 30 patients, before and after the use of self-control method.Result:1)In LH, LH/FSH, T value, decreased after treatment than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05);2) In the serum FPG, FIN and insulin resistance, after treatment than before treatment decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05);3) After treatment, the serum leptin levels were significantly lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05);4) After treatment, the number of days of menstrual cycle, TCM syndrome score decreased compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05);5) The correlation analysis found that serum leptin and insulin had a positive linear relationship (P< 0.05).Conclusion:1) "Wen Shen Huo Xue Decoction"in the treatment of PCOS has significant clinical effect;2) The mechanism of ease the symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome may be related to the serum leptin, insulin and insulin resistance;3) There may be a correlation between serum leptin and insulin;...
